When i arrieved at 9.30 pm with my wife and two little kids then whole the corridor of the room were full of flying insect which was like dragon fly(i don’t know the exact name). Some have dropped their wings and some were flying. Inside the room as well there were so many insects crawling and one house lizard(mausuli). Phone line was not working. Main drama started when 2 young indian couple came at 11.30 pm night time and played loud music in a big speaker on the terrace and started to dance. They god that sound system from the hotel and o do not know how come the hotel did not warn them that it could disturb the whole area not only the other hotel guests who booked that hotel to rest after long drive. I requested those couple but they did not listen and there were only 4 young hotel staff who were hardly 24 years old. That’s why they did not have any idea yo inform the guideline of the customer’s rights. Hotel just want more customer but do not care for customer’s comfortable which is very bad. I do not recommend this hotel for other people because of my bad experience.

While in Tansen, I had to get business done, and there was a large time gap in work hours due to time zones so I needed a comfortable place to stay and work in the night - during the day time I would travel 7km to my family village. I saw they were one of the few hotels with AC, and overall ratings looked okay, so I booked 5 nights on *******. When I arrived, only after I attempted to use it and saw it wasn’t going to run, was I was informed the AC was broken. It could have been bad luck or bad timing but I was not informed prior. I only found out after being led to the room and noticing it. I then realized this wasn’t the stay I was advertised. Any fixes they’d do tomorrow or whatever they were saying to soothe the situation wasn’t justified. I didn’t get what I was advertised. However, props to the desk staff for telling me about a hotel which did help my goals - Hotel Srinagar up the road. I called them and they arranged someone to help me get up there, and I heard them coordinate with the Ranimahal staff. When I discussed refunds with *******, I got 75 OneKey cash dollars, though the hotel refused to refund my stay. So be warned. You can lose your money if you go here. If you stay here, please call them to see if their advertised items are still in tact - but in general I’d just recommend Hotel Srinagar.

Please do not fall for the name. Better options are around. Rooms were dirty, no hot water, rooms walls were peeling off. Had to stay as we booked over the phone and reached around 11pm. Wont be comming back next time. Only good thing, staff were friendly.
