the water was so hard that it could not make my soap & shampoo produce lather. the elevator at the ground floor where our function was being held could not be accessed. one had to ask a hotel staff to press the G/F button from upstairs so it would open from our end. this was the only unpleasant experience i had during my two-night stay. the rest deserved 5 stars. the wait staff was very commendable. special shout out to renz who was very patient and cheerful to meet our needs at meal time. the food is delectable and served generously. they even gave us a complimentary fellowship night to make our stay enjoyable, and yes, memorable. this hotel has a spacious parking space and a stable, unlimited wifi. no password was needed which was very convenient. my room was clean and smelled good. the linens are crisp and always kept tidy. TV cable was working but it would have been cool had netflix been included in the network system. will definitely come back if given the chance. the impeccable service was able to make up for all its shortcomings.
