Hotel com uma infraestrutura fantastica e uma maravilhosa vista! No entanto o quarto é pequeno, o banheiro muito pequeno e o box minusculo, tornando o banho desconfortavel! O complexo quarto/banheiro está bem aquém do padrao do hotel!! Quanto a localizacao, fica a cerca de 500m da entrada do centrinho animado da cidade, a poucos passos da estação de onibus para varias cidades ( inclusive Castel Mola) e a cerca de 300m do teleferico que leva a praia de Isola Bela. O serviço de piscina e bar funcionam bem e a noite o hotel promove pequenos shows no espaço do bar. Café da manha variado; o jantar é servido na modalidade buffet que achei caro e qualidade a desejar!! Funcionarios atenciosos!!!

I stayed at the Ariston Hotel for two nights and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing overall. The hotel is very difficult to access, especially by car. The parking area is quite hard to reach, and navigating within the hotel itself is unnecessarily complex. Moving between different areas can be confusing and inconvenient. The reception staff, in several instances, did not seem adequately prepared to assist guests or handle requests efficiently. This negatively impacted the overall experience. The rooms are quite basic, particularly the bathrooms, which feel outdated and poorly equipped. The amenities provided are minimal and below what one would expect for this type of hotel. On a positive note, the breakfast is very good, with a decent variety and quality. Despite this, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

We loved this hotel! It is in a fabulous location, right above the bus terminal, and a 5 minute walk from the Main Street. Hotel Ariston has a fabulous sea view. The hotel was spotless. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, always cheerful. Breakfast was amazing.. and plentiful. We loved the music in the evening . We enjoyed a few of evenings in the bar with Giuseppe the bar manager (his 39th year in Hotel Ariston! ) and Giovanni the hotel singer/pianist - he was fantastic!! Giovanni and Giuseppe sang a few duets together… just wonderful ! We will be back!
