LLJessieWe had a wonderful stay here. The building is beautiful, all the staffs we met are very kind, and the location is perfect, with the hotel being close to every spot in town. We would especially like to thank Klaudia for giving us a warm welcome, patiently answering all our questions, and offering professional advice for our trip around town. Definitely coming back again.
RRomaIn total, it was a good stay. The price 1150€ for 2 nights is insane though. I like that the pool is open 24/7 and there is a beautiful restaurant with a view. The property also offered an upgrade, which was nice. The rooms are white and cold, though. Also the rooms should be cleaned while the guests are having the breakfast, so they need to use the updated system for tracking that.
CCHOWDHURYGreat location. Decent rooms. But, mediocre service. They didn’t have stable internet on the second day of our stay for which I had to reschedule my work calls till the next day. When I requested for a late check out next day so that I could attend my work calls, they said I’ll have to pay 50 euros for it. They don’t have a front desk so when we got there we realised the place had lockboxes and we didn’t receive any information about that either. We had to contact them upon arrival and then they gave us the info.

MMaria ElizabethThis is a modernised hotel with original features and pool with bar giving spectacular views over the bay. Issue with room quickly resolved at check in. Buffet style breakfast delicious with home made options. Friendly. Nearby private beach lidos with optimal service at extra cost. Restaurants within walking distance and the funicular to Taormina. Note narrow pedestrian access to this as few defined sidewalks.
