部屋が広くてキレイでした。 レンジやガス台もあり簡単な調理ならできます。 歩いて行けるところにスーパーやレストランが多数あり、食事にも困らないです。

Tired and .... sad. Overwhelming scent of "freshener" in room so much it permeated my clothes. Nauseating. Shower curtain too short. Curtain fixtures broke. Bedside mlamp broke just sad tired property. Online photos not representative.

Wrongfully charged for using a water bottle from the fridge after we had already checked out. My family and I had used absolutely nothing from the snack bar or fridge. When contacting them about this they claimed that the cleaners saw a used water bottle in the rubbish bin. Saying that there were 2 water bottles in the fridge when in reality there was only one to begin with. The water bottle left in the rubbish bin was brought previously from a grocery store!. Poor customer service. Refusing to even acknowledge the possibility of a mistake done by their staff instead was very quick to blame my family for it.

It is the middle of some work staff is excellent and friendly the web sight says that they offer shuttle to the airport they don’t it cost me 50 for the ride

The room we were in was very nice, watching "Sky Channels " was a bonus, the only thing that was a bit sad is the parking a little tight

Good communication, easy check-in. Minor difficulties logging in to internet connection - which could have been my fault.

Understand that property is undergoing work outside. Rooms was brilliant, clean but spa did not work and the TVs are very small.

The shower in the bathroom wet the whole floor badly and it was very very slippery. The water lay on the floor and didn't go down the waste hole very efficiently

We arrived late but the staff messaged us and told us where the room was and how to get in to room.
