Relativ neu (6 Monate) und somit gute Qualität der Zimmer. Parken vor dem Haus möglich; lediglich das Serviceteam ist etwas überfordert. WLAN ok, Alles sauber und Kaffee zum Frühstück ist auch ok. Preis-Leistung gut. Ich würde wieder kommen. Die Lage ist etwas ab vom Schuß in einem Industriegebiet.

Since from when I arrived and did not find any information related to the parking I have tried to check in but no one showed up for around 5-6 minutes at the check in counter, 2 “employees” appeared laughing to each other without wearing name tags or uniforms - very indignant that someone was waiting for them, they were only talking to each other in Romanian without even a smile on their faces and with 0 customer service and knowledge of their responsabilities. They didn't even ask me if I am or wanted to be a member of their loyalty program, but from my opinion they didn't even know that there is such a program within the hotel chain. Nevermind, after receiving the access card without being asked if I have any preference for the room or any special needs,I got up to my room but before that I just randomly looked up in the hallway and the CEILING HAD MISSING PARTS.. YES MISSING PARTS. I entered the room which looked tidy and fresh but a heat of 26.3 degrees blew me away - this is for the Hilton managament: yes, savings are ok but should not be noticeable by customers at a Hilton hotel even if it’s just a Hampton. Small but charming room, some problems with wi-fi connection but the worst is that I found hair on the face towel which didn't belong to me AND IT’S A BIG NO!!! I didn't even want to call the reception, knowing that I would never be helped. Next morning, breakfast: beverages: water: only tap for the juice machine, coffee 10/10 until I saw that the milk container was being cleaned by hand without gloves, juice dispenser machine: poor quality, cheap and artificial Food: which food?? unlabeled food, without listing allergens, without vegan varieties, without the staff speaking English and answering my question about which dishes are vegan - the lady mixing in disges with the same spatula - FOOD CROSS CONTAMINATION The check-out, only 1 agent. seemed to be no supervisor around. Never ever will turn back here or to Hilton I guess, hope someone will see this in order to make changes as this hotel seems to be without management however pretty new.

It is always good to stay in a brand-new hotel, but my recent visit at the Hampton by Hilton Targu Mures was exceptional and exceeded my expectations. Travelling with a family member, I was upgraded to a comfortable "family connecting room", which was spacious, comfortable and shiny. The décor was outstanding, colourful and modern. Bed quality was excellent and the bathrooms were wonderful, equipped with the latest technology and well-lit. The breakfast was excellent too, with a wide variety of food and beverages. I have ordered two soft-boiled eggs and they were delivered swiftly and cooked exactly as I wanted. The personnel at the reception desk were friendly and professional; the human interraction is always important in hospitality. The hotel is not located in the middle of the town, but very easily accessible by car or taxi. I was very satisfied with my stay and I hope to return soon to this hotel.

Hampton by Hilton è stata l’ultima tappa del nostro viaggio in Transilvania ma sicuramente la migliore. L’hotel è di recentissima apertura con elevati standard qualitativi a partire dal comfort del letto fino alla colazione varia e di qualità. Ma ciò che fa la differenza è il personale, professionale e pronto a soddisfare le esigenze del cliente. Insomma un hotel dall’aria internazionale che diventerà presto il punto di riferimento della zona sia per clienti business che leisure nonché bleisure. Complimenti al GM Huba Siklodi , Patrick e a tutto il team. Bravi!

The breakfast was absolutely amazing, love the coffee ! The rooms are nice, the hotel is new and located close to everything you might need. The hotel is ideal for business meetings in the lobby, or just a cute getaway with your other half. Totally recommend !

I attended a networking meeting in this hotel, on which occasion we served breakfast. What can I say ? I met very kind employees.It is a very clean place.A big advantage - the hotel is new, so everything is new... It is located near the city center and approximately 10 km from the airport. Another plus note- the hotel is PET FRIENDLY
