沃斯堡市中心TownePlace套房酒店(TownePlace Suites Fort Worth Downtown)

I had a great stay at the TownePlace we were there for 3 days, for a business trip, Megan the receptionist was fenaminal, she let us check in 2 hours early prior to checking time, because we got there early. She greet us by our name the whole time we we were there. Breakfast was ok, our room was super clean l will definitely stay again next time we are in the area.

Nice hotel with a great location, in a safe zone, near dowtown, restaurants, sundance, and attractions. Rooms were comfortable, have kitchen and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. I will come back for sure.

Hôtel pas trop loin du centre ville mais à côté d'une voie ferrée sur laquelle passe continuellement des trains de trois Kms de long... Ca dure longtemps ! Petit déjeuner très moyen. Accueil sympathique.

Dejligt hotel. Fint værelse. Sovesofaen var ikke så komfortabel. Morgenmaden var rigtig fin, meget at vælge imellem. Lå tæt ved centrum, nemt at gå ind til fx Water Gardens rigtig god service ved tjeck-in.

Other than the naked man knocking on doors at 4:30AM it was great. The hotel did nothing for our inconvenience.

This hotel did not describe itself as an extended stay with no daily maid service. I certainly doesn’t deserve to have the Marriott name attached as it is not anywhere near up to that standard. When I checked in I was told to bring my dirty towels to the desk if wanted clean ones. The facility was dirty with food and crumbs imbedded in the carpet which obviously is not getting cleaned regularly or thoroughly. The refrigerator in my room sounded like it was an old model A car rattling loudly every time it came on. My first night there I near froze because the heater wouldn’t work. To their credit maintenance fixed it promptly the next day. Modern conveniences like usb charger plugins are nowhere to be seen.

This property was very disappointing at best We checked in on a Thursday, requested we get our room cleaned on Sat. They said it would get done. It did not. Had to go to the front desk and ask for fresh towels. When I asked why our room hadn’t been cleaned the lady at the counter laughed and said oh yeah for some reason we didn’t get to it. No explanation or apologies. I will not stay here again and would not recommend it.

After spending over $700/4 nights I had to check out at 11am! No option to check out any latter. The manager was not helpful whatsoever. Their check in starts at 4pm so it seem d reasonable to as for a latter check out. I’m a Bonvoy member and a Gold member of **********.
