No me devolvieron mi depósito y todavía te cobran de más, terrible servicio al cliente y nada amigable

Muy limpio las instalaciones,

Hall way smelled of **** on 2nd floor, not the staff fault though. Some people got stuck in the elevator when we first arrived and needles to say we took the stairs during our visit lol. The front staff was very friendly and nice though. Comfy bed and nice large room and hot shower. They even let us do late check out which was nice. Good stay for our 1 day trip.

It was a little worn down compared to other la quintas. I had a lady in training and apparently under charged me. I didnt know until they charged my card again without my authorization.

i booked this hotel because it was close by where i needed to be! it was nice and quiet but very dirty.

There is no hot water. Could not take a shower because it was cold. They said they don’t think it’s cold they think it’s warm. It’s cold. Mattress was like a board. I couldn’t get to sleep because the mattress was so hard and uncomfortable

Bed was comfortable, location convenient, and hotel was pet friendly (though steep and non-refundable pet fees not told about at booking). But, shower ****** if you enjoy hot water or any water pressure, towels did not feel or look clean, and absolutely avoid the breakfast. Legit my dogs wouldn’t even eat the eggs. It is what it is for the value.

I just showed up with a reservation I made driving there from Decatur. I was given a room on the first floor. I had to be in Ft Worth for my first Chemo treatment. I was glad to find a good place to stay

The indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center were all out of order. That is the only reason we wanted to stay there.
