Parking and valet service. We had early flights I asked the desk the night before to have my vehicle ready to pick-up at 6 am was told no problem and thank me for planning ahead. At 6am no one was aware that the vehicle needed to be ready. The person at the desk told me know left any message about our vehicle. So we waited 40 minutes asking repeatedly what the problem was, no reasonable answer when the valet showed with the car it was the wrong car!! Another 30 minutes lasted we have our car and a missed flight. Totally unacceptable and overshadowed an otherwise enjoyable stay in Ft Worth.
