We stayed two nights and were really satisfied with our room. Value for money it was really good. Good location and family friendly. The only thing that could be improved would be the windows were a little drafty. The heat pump kept us warm tho. Thanks we will be back one day 😊

Great location, easy flat 5min walking into town or to lake front. Comfortable bed with electric blanket, yay, as I visited mid winter. Easy check in and out, happily will stay here again.

Comfortable room/ unit, nice and clean with everything you need for your stay. It was after reception hours when we arrived and got to the room but the heat pump and a light were left on for us which we really appreciated as it was a very cold night.

Fantastic service friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and looked good. I would stay at Chevron Motel when I'm in Taupo again, and highly recommend this Motel to Whanau and friends.

This is an older style motel that had been pretty well maintained. It had a nice kitchen with hot plates and plenty of pots, crockery and cutlery, etc. The bathroom was quite large and clean. Beds were comfortable and pillows were OK.
Motel is very close to town and although on a busy suburban street, was not too noisy at night.
Internet connection was a bit weak, but usable.

Really enjoyed our stay at Chevron. Comfotable and relaxing. Upstairs room gave us outlook to see some of the lake and the mountains. 5 days without needing to use our car. Easy walking to all of Toupo town. Owners Lways warm and helpful. Will be back again.

Parking is a available, but can be a little tricky with a bigger car.

I liked the fact it was close to the CBD so easy to walk to shops, cafes and restaurants. The unit number 16 was spacious, bright and clean, with excellent lighting and plenty of power points. I would request that particular unit again if I was planning to go to Taupo.
