樂木屋瑞士汽車旅館(Le Chalet Suisse Motel Taupo)

The hotel was good value for money it was to rainy and cool to use the pool but the location is ideal close to everything that Taupo has to offer. The negative thing is that the wireless was very slow, we made the reception aware of this and they said it should be fine showing us the router outside the room on the side of the building. I think that it just needs to be checked out, connecting to wifi was fine but the speed was like dial up.

Our stay was a quick last minute thought on our way to our Xmas day destination in Havelock North. The facilities itself were really run down and really poor for the money charged…………on the plus side, the water pressure in the shower was incredible.

Property was what we needed for a night, staff were lovely and everything was very nice and clean. The only issue was that the spa pool (one of the reasons we booked) was tepid - it really needs to be set higher and there was no way to adjust it. A bit disappointing but the rest of the experience was good. Thanks!

Place is really nice actually, unfortunately it was during the winter time, so didn’t even get to try the pool out but over all the place was clean, would definitely recommend!

spa bath is awsome but need to be careful not to wet the carpet and floor. Nice owner and property.

The Hotel is ok the rooms clean but the out side is a bit run down

Expensive for the standard and condition of the facility

We liked the service as my husband checked in earlier and they were very obliging The property was very average and needed a refresh
