Great pool!! Mold throughout condo as there is a lack of deep cleaning and maintenance in master bathroom- dripping shower head and dripping sink show evidence mold has had time to accumulate.

Great facility and amenities! Perfect for 4 people.

This was a great choice. Very comfortable large apartment with a great sea view. Great indoor outdoor flow, with a very spacious deck/balcony. Well located on the beachfront. Very friendly helpful staff who made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended.

Very nice lake side hotel in the middle of town. Managers were very nice and helpful. It was great after a hard days hiking (Tongariro pass). Toco e back to a spa in the room. The studio room also suited us as could make simple meal on a stove as there is only so much takeaway and restaurant food I can stomach when travelling. Very clean, modern and enjoyable stay.

Stayed two nights at 'The Reef Beachfront Apartments' Found our apartment spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed. The apartment was 'immaculate.' The pool and spa were within easy reach, and 'The Reef' offered secure undercover parking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 'The Reef,.' The receptionist was friendly, and helpful. We would have no hesitation recommending 'The Reef' to anyone wanting a comfortable, reasonably priced apartment. Top Class. Will be back soon.

The reef beachfront apartment was the best in Mount Maunganui. The apartment was nice & clean when I entered with two friends. Not only that but the down side was not having enough time to explore the apartment area. The dishes, benches, bathroom & everything in an apartment was just perfect. The scenery was beautiful. The view of the beach when I woke up was so beautiful. It made me feel happy and full of positivity. The lady at the reception was so lovely. She was lovely & treated me and my friends with so much respect and the way she talked to us she didn’t disrespect us but treat us like how we would like to be treated. I definitely rate this apartment 10/10.

Most secluded affordable opulent pacific ocean view stay in New Zealand. Just a magical experience. Full amenities, spa, quality chattels, and easy access to restaurants, bars and leisure. Kind, professional and helpful management. Secure parking.
