科莫尼羅城堡酒店(Como Castello Del Nero)

Ho aspettato diversi giorni prima di scrivere una recensione perché aspettavo una chiamata dal manager che al check out era occupato. Nessuna chiamata pervenuta quindi ora posso raccontare la mia esperienza. Sono italiano e frequento la Toscana fa circa 15 anni ogni anno per almeno 3/4 volte. Questa volta abbiamo voluto uscire dai nostri standard alti e provare qualcosa che avrebbe dovuto essere straordinario. Beh Instagram fa miracoli 🤣. Niente era come previsto, stanza mediocre con clima non funzionante, personale non all altezza di un 5 stelle, sicuramente parlano tutti bene inglese ma italiano scarso. Ottimi pancakes per colazione questo devo dirlo ma il peggio è stato il loro ristorante di punta. Orribile, oltre ad aver aspettato 3 ore per 2 piatti lo chef ha completamente modificato i nostri due piatti e anche dopo averlo fatto notare al ristorante neanche le scuse. La risposta è stata che lo chef ha modificato il piatto. In conclusione evitate di andare in questo hotel se siete amanti del buon cibo e del buon servizio. We came here as part of a large group celebrating a 50th birthday party. There are not enough words to describe how wonderful this place is. From the moment you enter the driveway, you see the beautiful castle with all the beautiful gardens the amazing architecture, and the spectacular views of the hills, vineyards, the olive trees, the forest, and the distant villages. The grounds are beautiful with an amazing warm swimming pool, plenty of places to sit and enjoy the views, and hiking and walking paths inside and outside the premises. Staff was amazing. From the friendly and so helpful front desk staff to the amazing servers in all of the restaurants we were so impressed. Gabrielle, Angelo, Tessa ,Jay, the chef and his assistant were all so friendly and helpful, willing to tell you about the history of the castle and the surroundings. Everyone else was top-notch. We even needed to get a prescription for an eye medication for one of our friends and front desk staff did everything they could to get it to our room, which they did. The food and drinks are amazing here, but pricey, what you would expect from a resort in Tuscany. The wine selection is amazing. The food both in the Michelin Star restaurant and in the normal restaurant was fabulous. Not a bad meal to be found. Breakfast was awesome with tons of fresh fruit, salads, and other baked and hot food items. I must have gained five pounds here. The rooms are perfect and large with amazing architecture. Since this is a castle, they had to work around the structure itself, and every room is completely different. Ours had a huge bathroom with a beautiful bathtub and a vanity with two huge sinks. Our bedroom was large and immaculate with a pretty view of the hills and a huge oak tree right outside our room. The spa was. amazing. We got a few treatments there, and staff and the massages were great. The steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi were all clean and top notch. We did the cooking class with the chef. We also did a truffle hunt, which is highly recommended. Our guide, Matia, and his two dogs were awesome, sharing the history of this sport. We found tons of truffles and we brought them back and the chef prepared us food using them. Delicious. This is our second COMO stay, and I would really love to see as many as possible. These are places that will leave you memories for a lifetime. Thank you COMO and COMO staff for making our stay a complete joy!!!

Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo staff do COMO Castello Del Nero. O serviço fez toda a diferença na nossa viagem. O restaurante Torre foi sem dúvidas uma das nossas melhores experiências na Toscana, restaurante com uma estrela Michelin, cozinha simples mas com uma preparação perfeita. O menu vegetariano é maravilhoso assim como a carta de vinhos. Fizemos também caça as trufas seguido de almoço a base de trufas no restaurante Pavilion, com vista para as oliveiras e vinhedos. Recomendamos muito. Localização muito boa, 40 minutos de Siena e 30 de Firenze. Voltaremos.

Ha sido un viaje increíble desde el lugar mágico, la cocina y las personas que trabajan en el 🏰. El trato es excelente por cada uno de los integrantes del gran equipo que tienen pero en especial por Jay , Ewa y sus excelentes tratamientos en el spa y nuestra querida Eva de recepción. Gracias por esta experiencia a todos ellos.

Castello del Nero e’ stata una rivelazione, una magia che prendeva forma sotto ai nostri occhio. Il luogo e’ un paradiso immerso nella dolce e accogliente campagna toscana. La struttura e’ un 5 stelle lusso davvero di classe, tenuto in maniera eccellente e con spazi ampi ed eleganti. Meraviglioso il ristorante per la prima colazione accanto alla piscina, che offre una vista mozzafiato sugli uliveti e dei vigneti circostanti. Ogni singolo dettaglio contribuisce a farti immergere in un’atmosfera da sogno, un sogno indimenticabile e da cui non vorresti svegliarti più. Sono stati due giorni che porteremo nel cuore per sempre, insieme al calore della splendida accoglienza di tutto il personale, che con grande stile e professionalità ci ha coccolato e fatto sentire protagonisti della nostra vacanza. Un ringraziamento speciale al gentilissimo Jacopo, alle sue colleghe Simona e Elisa del ricevimento. E che dire della squisita Tessa responsabile delle colazioni, unica, e del food and beverage manager Fabio. Tutti stupendi. Ottima anche la colazione!! Da provare tutte speciali preparazioni dello chef! Torneremo un giorno….!!!

La mia esperienza nell’hotel è stata incredibile, tutto perfetto, atmosfera, servizio e cibo di altissima qualità. La vista mozzafiato e la cordialità del personale hanno reso unica questa esperienza. Menù caratteristico, con piatti che esaltano le materie prime toscane. Sono stata particolarmente colpita dall’efficienza del personale e dalla cordialità di Adiola nel Pavillion e del “Pool guy” che mi hanno servito in modo eccellente; sono stati gentili, sempre molto professionali e precisi. Un esperienza da ripetere. Consiglio a tutti.
