塔韋尼Eglise Évangélique Paris Espoir et Vie附近平價酒店預訂

Nous y sommes allés pour une nuit et le personnel était très agréable. L’hôtel l’est également et dans des prix abordables. Les photos sont réelles, un large choix pour le petit déjeuner, aucune déception. On recommande sans hésitation !!

離巴黎凱旋門不遠-步行距離，周邊環境安靜，去地鐵很近，坐M1到市中心各景點十分方便。早餐能吃飽吃好。工作人員熱情，還幫忙聯繫出租車去機場。下次還會再住。

Nice, stylish, clean hotel. Reception staff very competent. Breakfast staff overwhelmed by a normal number of people in the restaurant. There was only one coffee machine that was constantly not working and not enough viennoisseries for breakfast. When I mentioned that the orange juicer wasn't working, the staff member replied ”it isn't?” and then did nothing about it. The breakfast experience let the rest (which was excellet) down.

Hôtel très récent ou rénové il y a peu. Tout est moderne et de qualité. Grande TV multimédia dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner à volonté bon et de qualité. Parking payant mais attention limité à 2metres et ça il faudrait le préciser car j'ai payé les 8€ sans pouvoir me garer. Ensuite le gros bémol c'est qu'une fois dans l'hôtel il n'y a quasi plus de réseau téléphonique (sfr et orange) et le wifi n'est pas bien mieux.

Good quality of breakfast Room for improvement: 1. Cleanliness of exterior. I found the door and walls below the window not clean. This could be simply managed with a cloth. I would recommend to prepare a chacklist and the schedule when something needs to be cleaned (if not implemented) 2. Cleanliness of interior. a. What was reported to the boss: - Reservations with reference to the cleanliness of walls. This could be simply managed with a wet clothes (solved during the accomondation) - Hair on the walls in the bathroom (not solved during the accommotation) - Reservations with reference to the cleanliness of radiators both in the bathroom and in the room. My general impression was that the same cloth has been used for every surfaces cleaned. - Cleanliness of the TV set (both rooms) - I have poured hot water in to a tea cup and I found that the edge of the coup no clean. This seemed to be a kind of a lipstick

I checked into this hotel on March 17th. On March 18th I left the hotel at 11:50 noon. I was the only one in the quadruple room when I left. Other tenants have checked out. Those who want to stay, please take care of your own property safety and be mentally prepared''The hotel manager will not be very active in dealing with it'' But on the night of the incident, the lady at the counter was really friendly and eager to help. 我3月17日入住這個飯店。 3月18日我中午11:50 離開飯店。 離開時四人房裡只有我一個人。其他房客已退房。 也在確認自己20吋行李箱鎖好。並且雙重鎖在30吋行李箱內。 而筆電鎖在飯店提供的鐵櫃裡，也雙重確認上了鎖頭。才離開房間。 下午PM 18:40 我回到飯店。先在一樓大廳充電完 PM 19:40分回到2樓。 用磁卡打開門時，發現20吋行李箱從30吋行李箱裡被拿出來。 兩件行李都已被破壞打開並遺失東西。 鐵櫃上的鎖頭也被破壞，裡面筆電也不被拿走。 我立即下樓告知飯店櫃台，並請她跟我上樓看。 後來飯店人員請我去警察局。我趕快到了警察局，警察局人員請我再回到飯店先致電17。他們會照程序。 回到飯店後，晚上 PM 22:50 我打了電話到17。晚上 PM 23:09 警察人員就到飯店了解現場。 當晚到場的其中一個警察跟我們說，上週這間飯店的305號房也發生房內竊盜案。 3月19日 AM 11:00 有警察到飯店房間拍照並再詢問後，他們請我過來警察局報案。 一直到等到3月21日上午經理Michael GIROD上班，他態度不是很好，也沒有道歉。只說會告知保險公司。 想要住的人請小心自身財產安全及有心理準備‘’飯店經理不會很積極的處理‘’ 但是事發當晚，櫃台小姐真的很友善且熱心幫忙。
