MUY BONITO EL HOTEL, SU ESTILO MEXICANO ES DE PRIMERA, EL RESTAURANTE DE CALIDAD, SU UBICACIÓN EXCELENTE...EL PROBLEMA ES EL ESTACIONAMIENTO, 240 PESOS POR DÍA, NO HAY DESCUENTO POR PARTE DEL HOTEL Y SI LO HAY ES MUY MÍNIMO...LA REGADERA TAPADA DE SARRO Y EN LA CAJA DEL ESCUSADO EL SAPO NO SELLABA, POR LO QUE EL AGUA SE TIRABA...AMBAS LAS REPORTÉ, CAMBIARON LA REGADERA PERO ESPERO EL SAPO Y EL SISTEMA DESAGUE LO CAMBIÉN PUES NO SE VALE TIRAR AGUA.

We had high expectations for Los Arcos, but the experience fell short. We originally booked the suite, which turned out to be extremely noisy. The hotel moved us to a smaller, less expensive room and assured us the price difference would be refunded through *******. When we contacted *******, they told us the hotel declined to adjust the booking cost. In the end, we paid the higher suite rate for a lower‑priced room. This was disappointing and not the level of service we anticipated from either Los Arcos or *******.
