十二號精品酒店(No12 Boutique Hotel)

Konum olarak fena değil ama İngilizce pek bilmiyorlar ve otelin girişi biraz arada kalıyor, ucak rötar yaptığı için geç saatte giriş yaptım kızımla ve resepsiyon da kişi uyuyordu ,odamın anahtarını kaybetmişler!!başka oda verdiler bir gece için rezaletti açıkçası...genel olarak kapı kilitleri sıkıntılı, oda da terlik yok .su istemezseniz odaya koyulmuyor..bir kez daha tiflis e gidersem bu otelde kalmam .

I wasn't so pleased with this hotel. Some issues that need to be addressed, The first being WIFI in the rooms. My room had neither WIFI nor cellphone service which was super frustrating as I couldn't get any work done. The first room I was shown was literally in a common area, so that was no good, and the second was below street level which meant the noise was just unpleasant. Lastly, they only accept cash for payment, which isn't ideal for some travelers. And when I paid, they didn't have any change!! Which meant I had to run around Tiblisi looking for some small bills. Hotels that only accept cash should have change on hand. I will say the staff are super friendly and english is good enough. Clean enough place to sleep for a couple nights but I'm not rushing back.

Excelente opción para dormir en el centro de Tiflis: en pleno centro de la ciudad y con todo a mano, al estar en un callejón resulta muy tranquilo. El personal es muy agradable y te ayuda en todo lo que necesitas: desde coches con conductor a taxis o aplicaciones. El desayuno es muy completo con excelente comida. Además, el hotel, situado en una casa antigua rehabilitada, tiene mucho encanto. Imperdible para dormir en la ciudad vieja de Tiflis.

J'y était pendant la première vague de la pandémie, en juillet 2020. C'était ma dernière destination avant le retour à la maison après un an de voyage en solo. L'Hôtel était complètement vide. Le gérant qui était très gentil s'est transformé en guide touristique et taxi. Il me connectait au wifi avec son téléphone personnel. L'hôtel est charmant et propre et très bien situé au coeur de la ville de Tsibilisi.

This hotel was perfect for a group of friends. It is centrally located, within walking distance of a small market, coffee shops, ATM and the old town itself. The staff were unfailingly friendly, competent and helpful. They were happy to organise transport from the airport for guests arriving at all hours of the day and night. Although there was quite a lot of street noise, the hotel itself was an oasis of quiet, featuring terraces, courtyards and nooks. Our room had its own sunny terrace, giving a view over the town towards the church. There was good lighting and a table with chairs. AND a coffee machine! Breakfast was the best that we have had in Georgia, with a cold buffet as well as various hot dishes made to order. The only downside was that the room safes were unreliable. Hopefully this will have been remedied.

I can't speak for the other members of my group but my experience was not positive. We stayed here 10 days for work. Wifi is hopeless - I was conducting my online meetings seated on the stairs and the only way I could get my mobile wifi was to hold it above the toilet. Upon arrival I had no bath linnen (easily solved though when I asked for towels, but the receptionist was too busy watching a movie and told me he'd bring them later, so I found them myself) and the rubbish bin contained all manner of food refuse such as fruit and a pizza. Despite us staying ten days, the chamber maid refused to clean our rooms or refresh our towels, till on day 5 we insisted. I don't need new sheets every day and I can reuse towels but after 5 days I'd like a clean towel and my coffee cups washed/bin emptied. I also wasn't given new coffee/tea (2 teabags for 10 days?) so I bought my own. I had to rehang the curtains myself as the net curtains and outer curtains were hung on the same rail, and everyone could look into my room, not to mention the light coming in. I also asked for new light bulbs (they didn't work, only the ceiling light) and was told to find some myself in another room (as if I have the key to those rooms). Location is great for exploring but terrible for sleep - I got up on average twice a night to ask people in the street to go away. Strangely, the night staff just let very loud groups of drinkers and smokers sit in the street on the hotel front steps all night, every night, so that at 3 am or 6 am, I was the one sending them away. The "No smoking" sign under room 5 is apparently for decorative purposes and as a result I had to keep my windows shut. Gorgeous building, fabulous breakfast and the breakfast ladies were lovely.

This is a lovely boutique hotel as the name suggests. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Superb breakfast. Nice courtyard if you want to sit outside. Excellent heating which was very welcome given that it was close to freezing during December. Centrally located in the old city.

We had the top floor suite which was really big with a fab view of the city both old and new. The breakfast is copious and the staff are friendly. The hotel is really well situated close to the old town.

Very good hotel in a great location The location is perfect everything is near and its very beautiful also the hotel itself. The staff are extremely nice smart and help you whenever you want We really loved my stay here Also, we highly recommend the hotel.
