託馬之家酒店(Hotel Toma's House)

The owner/manager is very kind and suggested an excellent restaurant nearby. There is a grocery store and metro stop nearby and the hotel is in the part of Tbilisi where ordinary people live, so it’s not swarming with tourists. My daughter and I stayed in the economy double on the top floor. It was small but very clean and has a skylight.

The best hotel i have ever been in Tbilisi with reasonable price! Staff is very helpful and kind, gave us free wine, which was the most delicious i ve tried in Georgia. Highly recommended ! I will come back there !

Not great, rundown, cluttered (furniture in hallways) and they did not clean rooms, pictures do not reflect the state. Nice enough staff, also the location is some distance from any of the Tbilisi attractions.

This is a family-run hotel, in an exquisite home built by a German architect, 1-2 km from the Tbilisi train station. The room has most of what one would want -- although I would have liked a chair to sit by my computer. I believe there are 8 rooms. The patriarch of this establishment is a typical warmhearted Georgian, who are known for their hospitality. When I asked him to contact my car rental place, he did so immediately. He then showed me a bit outside and mentioned the great lavash down the street, made for years and years in traditional manner, that you order from a window for 1 GEL. Walking back to the courtyard in front of the house, Tom then asked someone to bring my wife and me complimentary Turkish coffees and a slab of delicious cheese and marvelous tomatoes, giving us the traditional Georgian peasant's breakfast, Mentioning to Tom that we were departing on a train later in the evening, Tom offered to drive us there for free, provided he was home at the time. My wife and I had pleasant conversations with him and his daughter who hopes to become a doctor in the USA. (Tom speaks fluent Russian while his daughter speaks good English). All in all, my wife and I felt as part of the family running the place, even though we had only stayed one night

The Hotel Thomas House staff treated us very well and the room was excellent. Above all, their kind service should be appreciated. The last four days have been like spending time with family. Big Thanks for all lovely staff there

This guest house is amazing. It is clean and their management is helpful and kind. I feel safe staying at this house. The room feels like home. It’s location is good. It’s about a 3-minute walk to the Tsereteli metro/subway station that will bring you to the Freedom Square and the city center in about 15 minutes. Just across the Tsereteli metro is a huge supermarket and a Mcdonald’s store. For a guest house, I would give it 5 stars. I would stay here again.

Amazing owners and staff. We loved our stay, very comfortable room and nice location in Tbilisi. Would highly recommend this hotel to other guest. Again, the owners are outstanding, their genuine hospitality is impressive!
