Название красивое, по сути хостел. Парковку нам открыл вообще человек из другого отеля, за что ему спасибо. Персонал был достаточно приветлив. Но когда мы увидели номера - шок.. два на два метра, ещё и скосый потолок. Женщина-уборщица с удивлением нам сообщена, что это номера для одного, а нам дали два таких по 2 человека в номере. Один поменяли бесплатно, за второй пришлось доплатить 50 лари, хотя при бронировании нам обещали номер «стандарт». Даже после обмена номера - маленькие, на долгое перебываете они не предназначены. Ванная комната - отдельный вид искусства! Между мойкой и туалетом у вас ДУШ 🚿 т.е. если вы приняли душ - пол остаётся мокрым везде, мокрая раковина, туалет и неприкрытые розетки! Мне было страшно включать фен, что бы высушить волосы, пришлось делать это в комнате без зеркала и тем самым издеваться над мужем издаваемым звуком и горячим воздухом 😂 завтрак не плохой, но за кофе и чай нужно платить отдельно. При выселении сказали, что нам нужно открыть выезд из парковки. Пообещали открыть, только подъедте.. мужу пришлось бежать ещё раз, так как про нас забыли)

We stayed in the Elle Boutique Hotel from 18 to 22 September. This hotel is different from its photos and is not a two-star hotel! The entrance into the hotel is inside the parking area of the surrounding buildings, which is awful and dark. The hotel room is gloomy and the lighting in the entrance hall has broken. The shower head in the bathroom has broken. There is only one key to enter the room, and you must hand over the key to clean the room. One night, we asked for a blanket and the receptionist said that we don't have blankets and gave us sheets instead! They served breakfast from 8 to 11, and if you go an hour later, you won't find a bunch of things like teaspoons or sugar and tea cups. There is a park behind the hotel whose cafes are just beside the windows of the hotel rooms and until midnight, the sound of their sound system bothers you.

Worst Hotel Ever – Do Not Stay Here! Our room was in the attic, boiling hot and impossible to sleep in. It was filthy, the facilities were a joke, and the breakfast was disgusting — cheap and barely edible. Worst of all, a drunk man tried to open our door at night and no one from the hotel gave a damn. This place is a complete disaster. Stay away!

Do not be fooled by the photos posted here. The front area of the hotel looks like an abandoned lot — absolutely nothing like what is advertised. Once inside, things only get worse. The room was filthy: stained bed sheets, bugs crawling inside, and a bathroom where water pooled on the floor with every use. The room itself was so tiny and suffocating, it felt more like a coffin than a hotel space. But the most disturbing part of our stay happened in the middle of the night. Someone tried to enter our room using a key. We screamed out of fear and managed to scare them away. Shaken and terrified, we rushed to the front desk only to find the receptionist — a young girl — fast asleep behind the counter. We had to shout several times before she woke up. And then, with no concern for what had just happened to us, she coldly told us there was nothing she could do until morning. When we asked her to contact the manager, she refused. We had no choice but to return to our room — terrified and completely unsupported. Avoid this hotel at all costs. It was not only a disappointment — it was a nightmare.

It’s a great cozy hotel located in one of the most beautiful streets in Tbilisi . Rooms are clean and well decorated. The price is really good compared to other hotels. Friendly and helpful staff. What I like the most about this hotel is the great location.You don’t have to get a taxi or even use public transportation to get to tourist attractions.I highly recommend this hotel

Located in the heart of the city, once you go out from the hotel you can find everything you need, lots of restaurants, cafe's, supermarket, money exchange & just a 3 minutes walk in metro station. Staff are all friendly & helpful especially Eldar & Iskaril. Very clean room & surprisingly quite in the evening. Definitely highly recommended & I will be back in the winter season.
