第比利斯阿斯託利亞酒店(Hotel Astoria Tbilisi)

Отель хоть и находится в центре, но будьте внимательны, он находится на самой высокой точке холма, то есть постоянно вам нужно будет идти в гору. Мы бронировали номер с одной двуспальной кроватью, когда пришли, номер был с двумя односпальными, но менеджер быстро решил эту проблему. Номер большой и чистый, главный плюс - ванна. Номер, как и весь отель, был очень красивым и модным лет 15 назад, сейчас он прям устал, ему бы реновацию очень хотелось. Сервис - на 5+, сам отель - на 4 с минусом.

I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and liked the staff , the large and quiet room and the breakfast. The only downside for me was the need to climb the hill to the hotel after being at the old city and the ciry center. But at least it's an oppurtuy to do some sports after all the good Georgian food. I thank the hotel' staff.

Starting with the staff here are the rudest people I’ve ever met (myself belongs to the same industry and having an exposure to different culture and people the staff here are completely inhospitable),unhelpful at everytime.The amenities that they claim on websites are misleading.. upon checkin on 20th July the receptionist briefed about the hotel adding that the pool was under construction however we could use the other block’s pool which belong the the same hotel, on approaching the same I was redirected to another building to use the pool and let me add which was accessible if you walk down the streets, cannot imagine myself or anyone walking down the streets to use a pool which was supposed to be a part of the same hotel.. coming next they will not provide you any complimentary water( which they claim to be complimentary) the receptionist refused to refill water more than 1 bottle per person in a day but she was happy to sell the same water which is supposed to be complimentary and a basic necessity..there are no room service at all, we asked the receptionist to renew our bath amenities on the second day to which we received a reply saying “ I cannot come, you need to come to reception and get them”.. being entitled of complimentary refreshments, we never used any, never asked for Housekeeping because when we asked to do so no one turned up since our second day of stay but we let it go what’s upsetting is that the staff is ready let you die thirsty even in the middle of the night and push you to buy water that’s supposed to be complimentary..the staffs treated us as if we were staying for free and we were under their favor at all times .never recommending this hotel or any hotel that’s under their chain..imagine yourself dealing all this after a long tiring day on a vacation

This hotel has great atmosphere and great rooms with plenty of space where I was. Has lift to all floors but is very slow hydraulic lift and could be fine tuned a bit. Staff polite and friendly. Entry can be a little difficult with larger luggage but once inside is not a problem. You have to also consider that this hotel is well up hill from main street if walking.

We checked in this afternoon & already have the following complaints: 1. Unfriendly staff at reception in the evening. 2 Coffee creamer was not available. 3. Internet is not working. 4. AC is not working 5. Absolutely no one at reception when we wanted to check internet issues & housekeeping. 6. We were given something like a table runner instead of a bedspread or quilt. TERRIBLE ..Is this anywhere close to 4 star standards? Will not recommend this hotel to anyone. I dread to think of my stay for the coming 3 days.

Hi guys, TV doesn't work, pool water cold, hair dryer doesn't, I did book for 3 people but know 2 beds and 1 sofa, it's not 3 beds, I can't believe, they said waiting for tomorrow, they charge me every day, please don't follow picture from advertisement,

I arrived early due to flight and was given an early check in by a very helpful Night Manager, George. Hotel is very well laid out, quiet and comfortable and is situated high up in the old town. You can get lost on those streets. The hotel is very close to the funicular railway for Mtatsminda Amusement Park

Everything was perfect, comfortable, clean, spacious and great service

Despite a couple of issues with the room (not working fridge that was fixed in a 5 minutes) the room was amazing. Huge and comfortable. The staff was incredibly nice and helpfull at all times.
