地理位置優越。早餐很好。工作人員都很棒。 但經濟房對兩個人來說太小了。沒有適當的空間放置行李袋。床太硬了，第一次用這種床。我無法正常入睡。由於房間溫度集中，即使在冬天房間也很熱。我們不舒服。適合住 1 天，不適合住 3 天或以上。

The hotel has best location near the liberty square, it’s near all the tourist attractions. The staff are very friendly. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The rooms are small but have great view.

Muchas mentiras en este hotel , primero … mi reserva es por *********** y quería ampliar algunas noches … querían cobrarme en efectivo , pero insistí pagar con la tarjeta ( menos mal ) , segundo pedi factura de las ampliación siempre me decía que la encargada me lo iba hacer y nunca me lo hizo y por último me querían cobrar varias bebidas en el mini bar , que no lo he consumido . Los primeras noches de *********** obligaron a poner buena puntuación con mucha insistencia .

I plannrd to book this hotel for 2 weeks. Yhe location is ideal. The manager seemed to be an engaging young woman who spoke English very well. I asked to see the room and though not my taste it was large and comfortable. Across the hall, a film crew was shooting a movie about terrorism. When I asked about the noise and the crowd I was assured by her that they would be finished by 6:00 PM. No problem. I went to dinner and returned at 9 00 PM only to find that they were still there. They remained until 1,:30 AM with continuous yelling and noise despite several requests to lower their voices and stop banging my door. The next morning I asked to speak to the manager who was home sleeping. I asked her if she knew about the time the film crew left. She said 1:00 AM. I corrected her and told her I was canceling my booking. Because the hotel terminal was not working at checking I was asked to pay $100 cash for the first night. She was unhappy Bout the cancelation and assured me my remaining stay would be fine. My response? If you lied to me once, why not again. She knew the crew would be there all night. No offer was made to compensate me. I travel constantly. Places like this need to be unmasked for what they are. Rip offs.

Tried their restaurant. Terrible food and terrible service. The waiters are rude if given any feedback about food. The dish was horrible. They can’t even cook Turkish food which is their speciality. The only thing they care about is money.

Its the worst hotel I have visited since long time ago. I must say tiblisi its great place to be .but this hotel you can't even considered it's a hotel terrible in every way can be .housekeeping it's the wost useless with thier own manager they dont have any kind of facilities

Good things: place totally perfect Staff great Cleanness acceptable however the wc smels bad Things to be aware: the walls are not sound proofs There is no safe box they said I will bring one but it didn't happen The restaurant charge you highly you can have dinner more chipper in restaurants around you I have a single budget room with no windows however it was cozy but I feel somehow missing sky 😅 Totally I recommend it
