Comortable room, very clean. Good location close to the main river. I took an early morning walk to visit a couple of nearby bridges. I only spent one night there. Breakfast facility was not more than sufficient. Service was a bit sloppy.

Me and my friends enjoyed our stay in this hotel😊 food in breakfast was delicious and the 2 beautiful lady server we have are extremely nice and hospitable😊😊 they're top👏 the room is clean and very refreshing and amenities are always refilled 😊😊 as I'm working in a 5 star hotel in Bahrain this is very important for me to highlight😊 however we only had 1 issue with one guy in the reception, he is kinda rude and cannot even explain what he is saying and talking to us with a bad tone of voice as if we are not a guests who's stayed for 6 nights with them. Hence the rest and our stay is amazing and we'll surely go back to Georgia in Summer😊 (i hope the guy in reception will be nice this time🤷‍♀️)

No importa cuantas veces escribas al hotel para solicitar el servicio de recogida desde el aeropuerto porque no te contestan y, por tanto, no puedes beneficiarte de dicho servicio. Si llegas media hora antes del check-in no te dejan subir a la habitación, que si dan al exterior tienen mucho ruido por la noche dado que hay una calle peatonal con terrazas al lado. Eso sí, el desayuno está bastante bien.

Highly recommendable Hotel in Tbilisi, near the city center, accessible to everything, its nearby stores, restaurants, bars, etc. All staff are friendly, Hospitable, kind specially Zura, Zandro, Christy they are the best... so when your in Georgia - choose Royal Inn... I like location. Very friendly and professional front desk assistant. Clean room. High quality internet. Testy breakfast . Thank you
