"The room: The blinds they have there are not acceptable. It was extremely bright in the room, literally no sun coverage at all. i had to leave early because i couldn't sleep.  The AC unit fell apart. The cover on it wasn't stable. kept falling off."

"We really enjoyed our stay with a few minor exceptions. Unfortunately the TV in our room didn’t work eventhough it was connected to wifi. The phone in the room didn’t work so we had to use our personal phones. The shower head is a rainfall type, but the water sprayed out in all directions instead of straight down which made it a little tricky to shower. The rooms have a system in which the room key is required to have electricity in the whole room. If you take it off, everything turns off. That means you can’t leave things charging unless you get a second key? We also were told that we could check out later the day off, but that was not an option because the hotel was so booked. Even though there were a few icks, it was overall a nice place to stay. The staff are very friendly and respectful. The bed is comfortable, the sheets smell great, the rooms are very clean, and the building is beautiful! It has a 5ft pool and a small jacuzzi (no bubbles) just warmer water than the pool. Pool water is great temperature. There is also a spa and massage services on the very first floor! Overall a nice place and I’d recommend it!"

"Just don't do it. Here's how it disappointed: Mouse droppings in the kitchen cabinets, the sponge for the dishes under the cabinets had been worn out and dirty. The kitchen had cob webs/ spiders around the ventilation hood. In the bathroom the toilet paper & towel holders were so loose it wouldn't hold either up. The bed was dirty. The linens were dirty. We started to shower and there was no hot water. We waited to find someone to come out and fix it. Grounds were littered and there were barely any guests. Grassy areas were neglected and much of the grass was tall. The pool was dirty (very dirty). The cushions in the pool area were so gross my husband didn't want to sit on them and he's rarely observant of these things. The meals in the restaurant are expensive and not very good.No one takes a credit card. No one within a 45 radius. Matter of fact you have to drive that far to get to other things beside this place. There's no wi-fi in the rooms or the reception. Only in the restaurant and the pool. We couldn't call out to RCI or anyone that didn't have whatsapp. So don't have an accident because you're out of luck. There's a rental office for balls for the facility courts but there was no one there, reception guestimated the cost at $100/pesos per ball. I went again and pushed open the door and there was ankle high water in the "game room" and it was beyond disgusting. That explained why no one was there. So unless you balls with you, you can't use the facilities. We checked out early and had to make several trips back and forth from the front office to areas with wi-fi just to get online to give the receptionist info she needed to check us out. Did the same thing to check in because they couldn't find our reservation. That should have been a red flag. For the expensive timeshare we have, this place needs to stop being an option because it's just a long, hard road to get to them only to be completely disappointed. "
