Lovely property and very hospitable staff ambiance was very nice all the facilities were provided I loved the most is it’s both family and youngsters friendly the resort has both modern and historic touch which makes it more comfortable .didn’t feel like going back to home

Had a great experience, great place to stay Great food। Every dish was good, Staff was cordial and helpful, my kids enjoyed a lot in park and their games room. Overall a great family place to stay

1.The staff is so good. 2 Quality and taste of the food is excellent. 3.Room is very clean. 4.Bathroom is also neat and clean. 5.Tandoori Aloo must try and rajma chawal very delicious. 6.All of the snacks items in menu very nice taste.

Well maintained rooms and good service overall.Staff is obedient amd humble. Place is very beautiful and hotel is luxurious as well. Breakfast was good. Dinner was average. Enjoyed a lot , great place.

The owner Mr Gautam was very pleasant and upgraded us to a higher room level. The Resort had good views and we had a private balcony. The resort is in two parts – a older and a newer wing and we were in the new wing. They were a distance away and the restaurant was in older wing. But food was served to room and they provided customised service. The rooms were well maintained and everything, for once on this trip, worked perfectly. I was impressed that the geyser had its own RCD. Even the normal rooms in the new wing were quite large. The resort has a large banquet facility and would be a good place for holding conferences and weddings. It was relatively close to Surkanda Devi temple – which now has a ropeway making it easier to visit. It is a great place to relax and unwind with wonderful views.
