Las dos estrellas que refiero en al opinión son las dos estrellas de la experiencia y de la pretensión fraudulenta de un hotel que se presenta como de 5 estrellas y no llega ni a dos y media. Son lugar a dudas la estructura arquitectónica y la vista que ofrece sobre el valle de Goreme,remiten a cierta sensación de lujo que rápidamente es destrozado contra el suelo en cuanto se entra a la habitación y se intenta interactuar con el personal. Apenas ingresé intenté hacer uso del toilette . El inodoro tenía retos de heces. Las instalaciones y la infraestructura eran semejantes a un Hostel adornado con muebles que lo habían más vostooz, pero todo medio pelo. El velador de una de las mesas de luz no funcionaba. Pedi un cambio de lámpara.jamas la cambiaron. El personal casi no habla inglés, no les interesa mucho hacer el mejor esfuerzo y solo cumplen su tarea de manera automática. Venia de un Hostel simple en Estambul en el que hubo un excelente trato y cuidado. La cena es un capítulo aparte. Pésima variedad, poca, casi sin sabor. Por ejemplo , en este hotel 5 estrellas, uno de los postres es ...melón. . A dos de mis amigos no les funcionaba el jacuzzi de la habitación. Una de ellas tenía serias problemas de humedad. No se dejen estafar.

I can’t attach videos to tripadvisor but I attached some images. The videos showed the broken furniture and bathroom fittings almost falling off. They’re on my google review . I thought the recent bad reviews were maybe just exaggerating but no, they are correct. If this was a cheaper three star hotel I wouldn’t leave this review. Because this hotel is five star and charges high money, I wanted to share the experience so that others don’t arrive disappointed Some of the furniture in the room is falling apart, the bathroom is dirty even after cleaning and the bathroom fittings are loose. The air con works but sounds like it needs replacing. The worst thing is the staff attitude. We had something like 5 key cards fail, meaning I had to go to reception multiple times for help, and they have a very bad attitude to any problems. I saw various customers complain about something in their room and asking to be moved to a new room but the staff simply do not care at all and say “this isn’t a problem” and “you cannot move room”. They use “I don’t understand your problem” as a default meaning “go away” If you call reception for something eg they hadn’t given us shampoo etc, they say they’ll send someone but it never happens We had a problem with an alarm belonging to the hotel beeping loudly every 30 seconds all night meaning I couldn’t sleep. So I was VERY tired the next day and asked reception for help The receptionist Seren could not care less. She laughed at me saying “what should I do”. When I said can I move room she simply said no as “there is no problem”. Eventually I found the source of the alarm, filmed it and showed her and then she believed me and she got it fixed. Video attached to reviews I left on google Customer service was basically terrible, I’ve never been in a situation where the staff hear a complaint and grin/laugh/smirk and refuse to act or even pretend to care even after multiple attempts. Breakfast was ok, with a big selection of things like cauliflower, rice, eggs, it felt like an old fashioned 1970s hotel restaurant space. Coffee was terrible, lukewarm warm brown water in a self service jug A cup of Turkish tea and a cup of coffee and a baklava for 2 people in the other restaurant owned by the hotel, cost us around £24/ 28euro / 1000 Turkish lira. They didn’t tell us the price when we ordered it, but In Istanbul you will get Turkish tea for free or 50-100tlr and baklava is cheap, so we didn’t think to ask - we charged it to the room and had a big shock when we checked out The view from the hotel is amazing. You are paying only for the view here. It is an amazing view. You see balloons, red valley in the distance. But there are many hotels with this view in Uchisar. The spa facilities seem fine. The outdoor pool was out of use according to the spa staff In my opinion the decor and broken furniture and bad attitude of the staff should make it a 2* hotel, with the view from the rooms of a 5* hotel They seem to host big

Lokasyon olarak son derece guzel bir yerde, Uchisar kalesi hemen otelin arkasinda kaliyor. Personel genel olarak ilgili ve guleryuzluydu. Kaldigimiz oda eski ve bakimsizdi. Kuvet son derece kirliydi. Odayi begenmeyip resepsiyona daha yeni bir oda olup olmadigini sordugumuzda butun odalarin ayni oldugunu soylediler ancak hemen yan tarafta arkadaslarimizin kaldigi oda yenilenmisti.28 Ekim sabahi saat 8'de kahvalti salonuna gittigimizde cam kenarindaki masalara oturmak istedik ancak rezerve oldugunu soylediler. Japonlardan olusan bir kafile gelecegi soylendi, pencere kenari ve hemen arkasindaki masalarin onlara ayrildigi soylendi. Tabi bunun icin ekstra bir ucret aliniyormus.Sonuc olarak, Eger otelde Japon kafile varsa kendi ulkenizde geceligi 2 kisi 310 Euro'dan konaklama yapip, restoran bos olmasina ragmen pencere kenarindan Kapadokya'nin unlu balonlarini izleyerek kahvalti yapma sansiniz olmuyor. Bir kac ay sonra cocuklarla birlikte tekrar gidecegim ancak bu otelde kalmayi kesinlikle dusunmuyorum.

Her bakımdan kötü hotel. Giriş yapıldığında odada yerde alçılar vardı ve dolaysı ile pisti. TV çalışmıyordu. Klima çalışıyordu. Resepsiyona bidirildi. Yerdeki alçılar alınmıştı fakat yerler temizlenmemişti. TV ve klimaya bakım yapılmamıştı. Akşamüstü teknisyen çağrıldı. TV'yi tamir etti, klimanın kontrol aletinin başka bir klimaya ait olduğunu söyledi ve değiştirdi. Bunlar küçük problemler. Problem gece başladı. Odalarımız olan 310 ve 311 karşısında enerji odası olduğundan dakika başı bip bip sinyal sesi veriyordu ve gecenin sessizliğinde bu sinyal sesi odanın içinde idi ayrıca klima da gürültülü çalıştığı için uyku imkansızdı. Sabah 4.00 da balon turuna gidildi ve saat 7.15 itibarı ile uyuyabilmek için tekrar odalara gidildi o gün öğlen çıkılacağı için kapıya rahatsız etmeyin kartı asılmak istendi fakat böyle bir kart odada yoktu. O gün çıkılacağı için herhalde öğlene kadar temizlik için gelmezler düşüncesi ile tekrar yatıldı. Saat 8.35 de odanın kapısı temizlik için çalındı. Gelen kişi gönderildi saat, 10.20 bu sefer 2 kişi temizlik için tekrar kapıyı çaldı. Biz zaten o gün öğlende çıkacağımız bilgisi resepsiyonda var niye temizlik için geliyorsun? Netice olarak tatil için gidilen bu yerden sinir içinde dönüş yapıldı. tek olumlu şey resepsiyon ve satış müdür İlhan Kılınç'ın özür dilemesi.
