A ne pas manquer ! Tout est parfait et fait pour rendre le séjour agréable. L’hôtel est moderne, très propre et le personnel est aux petits soins pour les clients. Le petit déjeuner est extra. Plein de petits détails qui rendent le séjour hyper agréable : - Prêt de serviettes de plage avec le sac en cadeau - boissons chaudes et fraîches accompagnées de gâteaux, fruits et douceurs à volonté a l’accueil et ce à toute heure - possibilité de laisser les bagages et même prendre une douche après la plage le dernier jour (avec serviettes fournies !) Bref un excellent séjour .

Отличный отель для совмещения отдыха и решения визовых вопросов. Чисто, вкусные завтраки, хорошее расположение. Приветливый , отзывчивый персонал. Отличная уборка номеров. Общение на иврите, английском и русских языках. До пляжа пройти 200 метров.

Самый отвратительный отель, который я только встречала. Забронировала номер , однако меня не пропустили на границе. Я сбросила документ, который подтверждал данный факт, что меня не пропустили на границе. Что делает отель, сначала снимают один раз деньги , следом второй раз снимают деньги. И после этого мне пишут самое тупое письмо, мы сожалеем. СОЖАЛЕЕТЕ!!!! С моими деньгами очень классно сожалеть. Две недели я пыталась дозвониться до отеля из другой страны. Однако никто не брал трубки или просто обещали перезвонить и не перезванивали. После того как удалось связаться с отелем , мы договорились, что часть суммы мне вернут. Опять я жду. Однако отель решил, что им мало денег и хотели снять еще. Я пишу и звоню в отель, и мне хамским голосом и криком говорят, радуйтесь , что хоть так. В букинге проблему решить не могут. Отель не хочет идти на уступки. ХОТИТЕ ПОТРАТИТЬ НЕРВЫ И ДЕНЬГИ, СМЕЛО БРОНИРУЙТЕ ЭТОТ ОТЕЛЬ !!!

We Understand your frustration but we are not the address for this matter. Your poor rating of our Hotel doesn't describe our product, location or services since at the end U have never visited or stayed at the Ultra Hotel. U have made originally a reservation at the Ultra Hotel for 14 days, total amount due to pay 8886 ILS. On the day of arrival U have notified us that U won't arrive. The Hotel was fully booked that day but since we do Understand your special circumstances we have decided and charged U only for 3 nights instead of the hole stay event ought your terms and conditions of your *********** reservation allowed us to charge fully for 14 days stay. The Hotel have charged U twice on total of 2232.91 ILS only and not 8886.80ILS Our front desk GM have as well spoken to U several time over the phone to explain the situation, decision and charges. We Hope next time U will be allowed to Enter our Beautiful country of, Israel.

Очень хорошо. Супер расположение, роскошные завтраки. Виктория - прелесть) Не понравилось - маловат номер , не расположиться со всеми нашими вещами) и странная канализация, впрочем это не испортило впечатления.

Очень удобное проживание если вам нужно в посольство Америки. Потрясающие завтраки. Отдельное спасибо Виктории, супер администратор, готовая искренне помочь. Рядом море, дают бесплатные полотенца. Рекомендую данную гостиницу к посещению.

This was the 3rd (4th?) time I stayed at the Ultra. On this occasion I reserved a room with the shared patio. While the room itself was the typical size you'd expect, the shared patio (which I always seemed to have to myself) was an extension of the room and perfect for morning coffee, afternoon yoga and an evening glass of wine. The bed was very comfortable and my room was perfectly quiet - I had great sleep each night. The espresso and snack bar at reception was great for that first cup in the morning before going out to meetings. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet on two occasions - a diverse selection of breakfast foods with omelets and espresso drinks to order. At the end of a busy day of meetings, I took advantage of the beach towel service offered and made the short walk to the beach for a swim. A great way to unwind. All of this is great and by themselves would be enough for me to return. But the hotel staff were exemplary. Some recognized me from my previous stay which made me feel like I had returned to family.

Very clean, central, a lot of guest ammenities such as free snackbar and a winebar downstairs. There are minuses also, like the sound from toilets flushing around... but then that is a problem in most hotels. Overall really great price to value. Staff also always there and helpful with every problem you might have.

Recommended - as per other comments: great location, clean and modern. We were in the "new" building (quiet toilets!), bit of faff to and from reception but no problem at all. Didn't have breakfast, or drinks. So 5/5 for our needs (& fair value), but more accurately 4/5 based on fewer facilities of a bigger hotel, plus the lack of "wow" factor iro entrance(s) and reception etc (but quiet area). Walk to station was fine for us. Friendly staff.

Great experience. Location of hotel is great, breakfast is great. People at the reception were amazing. They helped with booking all trips. We couldn't make without them. Rooms are small but very clean. We had clean towel for beach every day. Safe neighbourd. Many thanks for nice stay!

This hotel is a great discovery! Prime position close to beach and great restaurants. Five star service in every area. Beautiful, modern and clean rooms too! I have stayed at large much more expensive hotels in Tel Aviv but I chose this one because it suited my purposes for this solo trip. But I have never been treated so well ever in a hotel! Every staff member went out of their way to help and suggest fun stuff to do with my daughter. Special mention goes to Yishai , wow what an incredibly helpful person and also Tal so genuine and lovely. Both gave information and help with such generous hearts. I only spoke at length with these two so I am sure all the other staff is amazing too! We had a slight issue with our shower which they got fixed so quickly I couldn’t believe! Definitely want to stay here again I so prefer it to the big high end hotels and because I was solo this time I even told my husband we need to stay here next Israel trip! Can’t stop raving … you are amazing all hotels can learn from you !

Super découverte avec cet hôtel très bien décoré, un personnel au petit soin d’une rare gentillesse. Tout était parfait ! Petit déjeuner également très bon et frais. Rien à redire Un merci particulier à Victoria de la réception, qui s’est occupée de nous du début à la fin !

Отель удачно расположен, пляж рядом, продуктовый магазин за углом, много кафешек рядом на Баграшов стрит. Номер небольшой, эргономичный, чистый. Думала в номере будет чайник и кружки, их нет, но в лобби кофе, чай свободно. Персонал дружелюбный.

The hotel was so clean and the staff were amazing and very helpful. The location of the hotel is great too the beach so near and around the hotel you can find a lot of restaurants. The receptionist girl helped me to make early check in and I really appreciate that.
