Super emplacement ,hôtel propre ,accueillant . Literie très confortable..je reviendrai pour une 3 eme fois

Очень удобное расположение. Буквально в двух шагах можно найти все: кафе, закусочные, аптеки, магазины. Гостеприимный персонал, готовы помочь с любым вопросом. Пляж рядом. Номер убирали каждый день, отличная кровать. Бронировала с завтраками. По ваучерам можно ходить в три кафе рядом, при этом практически в любое время. Wi-fi ни разу не подвел.

Проживали неделю в улучшенном двухместном номере с балконом в отеле «Dizengoff Avenue Boutique Hotel». Персонал один на два отеля, но в приоритете «Dizengoff Garden Hotel», где на фронт-деск персонал работает круглосуточно, в отличие от нашего отеля с обслуживанием по остаточному принципу. Отель средний по уровню и по цене. Плюсы: отличная локация, можно по утрам завтракать напротив в кафе «Aroma» или «Anicca», до пляжа 10 минут пешком, круглосуточный продуктовый – напротив, недалеко остановки автобусов, вокруг множество кафе и ресторанов, сама по себе уборка номеров хорошая (не считая организационных «особенностей», о которых ниже), на ресепшен бесплатный круглосуточный кофе и печенюшки без ограничений, во время уборки обновляют туалетные принадлежности (мыло, шампуни), на балконе приятно посидеть за чашкой кофе или бокалом вина. Минусы: окна и балкон выходят на очень оживленную ул. Dizengoff, по этой причине ночью с открытыми окнами/балконной дверью спать невозможно, т.к. очень шумно (кондиционер в номере есть); отельный wi-fi отвалился на пятый день и больше не появлялся, несмотря на обещания персонала проверить его работу; при заезде уточнили, что уборка номеров производится каждый день, но по факту, несмотря на наши напоминания, на второй день никто не убрался в номере, полотенца не поменяли, туалетная бумага закончилась (видимо по норме один ролик) и все это выяснилось в 11-ть часов вечера, когда мы уставшие вернулись поздно вечером в свой номер (за бумагой ночью пришлось бежать в соседний приоритетный отель))))) По итогу проживания создалось впечатление, что в плане сервиса лучше проживать в «Dizengoff Garden Hotel», но номера с балконами есть только в «Dizengoff Avenue Boutique Hotel». За такую цену бронирования в этом отеле в общем-то и не ждал идеальных условий проживания. Ожидания меня не обманули.

Cominciamo con le cose positive: Lo staff alla reception era gentilissimo, offerti caffè e capuccino gratis a tutte le ore e bicchiere di vino con patatine all'happy hour. Zona centrale, ricca di locali dove cenare e fare colazione, molto vicino al lungomare e ben servita dai mezzi. Letti comodi. Le cose di cui lamentarsi al contrario erano molte: Gli infissi erano vecchi e rovinati ed essendo via Dizengoff molto rumorosa era come essere in strada. La camera era molto piccola, come peraltro il bagno. Non esisteva spazio per le valige e risultava Impossibile muoversi. La prenotazione era per una di 20mq ma questa non lo era assolutamente. La prima sera abbiamo dovuto sollecitare la pulizia della camera e il cambio degli asciugamani che non erano stati effettuati in tutta la giornata. La hall risulava carina ma nei tre giorni del soggiorno è stata quasi sempre ingombra dei sacchi della biancheria sporca. Il prezzo relativamene basso per gli standard della città non giustifica comunque l'appellativo di "Boutique Hotel", sinceramente mi aspettavo qualcosa in più. il rapporto qualità prezzo è a voler essere buoni appena appena sufficente.

Très bien situé . Dans le quartier très animé des bars et des restaurants. Tout proche de la mer à pied. Surtout ne pas prendre une voiture si vous re restez qu à Tel Aviv . Pas de souci pour venir de l aéroport en train et bus .très facile . La chambre était grande avec une belle salle de bain . Une plaque électrique était dispo si besoin . Pas de bruit . Le truc sympa , vous devez prendre votre petit déjeuner à l’extérieur . L hôtel a des accords avec 3 restaurants . Faites votre choix . Et il y’avait des excellents petits déjeuners . Nous somme même retournés manger pour midi plutôt 14 heures dans l un d entre eux. Et puis merci pour les petits chocolats et l eau a l arrivée . Nous en avions bien besoin. A l’année prochaine !!!

Chambres agréables l emplacement de l'hotel est idéal avec un très bon accueil du personnel. Hôtel très bien entretenu. Le prix pour une nuit était peu cher pour cet hotel 200€. pas de petit déjeuner. Chambres décorées d une façon original dont le thème est « urban ». C'est à dire un papier peint d' immeubles sur le mur de la chambre, tuyauterie peinte apparente. Chaque chambre avait un nom de rue de Tel Aviv. J'ai demandé une chambre vers l'intérieur et non pas sur l'avenue Dizengoff pour avoir un peu de tranquillité. La chambre c'était pas large, un peu à l'étroit.

A 2 pas de Dizengoff Square, Hôtel idéalement situé dans une avenue animée de restaurants bars boutique. Transports à proximité. J’ai occupé la chambre 11 bien équipée ( frigo, thé café…) tous les soirs l’hôtel propose un happy hour gratuit proposant dégustation de vins. Pas de restaurant dans l’hôtel mais voucher pour prise de petit-déjeuner a l’extérieur. Très bon accueil. Disponibilité. Gentillesse

Piccolo hotel nella centralissima Dizingoff piena di negozi ristoranti bar . Personale super simpatico e accogliente che ti consiglia ottimi posti come ristoranti . Camera premium all ultimo piano ampia con anche mini lavabo tipo cucina set di te caffè e cioccolatini acqua ed con ampio balcone . letto Queen comodo, bagno piccolino ma cambio biancheria quotidiano. Una nota negativa ma non facilmente risolvibile , L immenso palazzo in costruzione accanto ( quindi rumori da cantiere già alle 7 di mattina e vista brutta sul cemento ) e cattivo odore dalle tubature del bagno , ma vedendo le altre costruzioni si evince che infissi e tubature non sono il massimo . Wi-Fi ottimo e veloce

Hotel con un 'ottima posizione per visitare Tel Aviv e per l'accesso al mare. Molto pulito e curato nei dettagli. Staff eccellente sempre disponibile ad aiutare il cliente con grande gentilezza e professionalità. CONSIGLIATISSIMO

Firstly, I’d like to say the staff were so nice to me after a very long trip and because I was there for 2 weeks, they kindly upgraded my room. The room was great. It had everything I needed and was very well located. There’s no hotel restaurant but there’s so many food choices around, you won’t be hungry. There’s a great Thai restaurant nearby, fresh burgers and the biggest pieces of pizza I’ve ever seen. As a solo female traveller, I felt safe as the front door is coded and you have a swipe card to your room. I lost one of my credit cards and one of the two door cards. I immediately told the staff and they happily replaced both cards just in case. I’m hoping to bring my son to Israel and when I do, I’ll definitely stay here again.

We were not satisfied by our stay in this hotel. We had planned to retrun after a few days in Jerusalem, but we canceld the second reservation. The room was extremely small, almost impossible to put anywhere the luggage and the condition of the room was not good. Parts of the tapestry was falling apart from the wall. I would not reccommend it, at least not this microscopic room.

I’m not sure why people are complaining about this hotel. Our room was incredible and we had an excellent stay. We got a room with balcony and while it was next to a hotel that’s under construction, it was still awesome. Yes the construction was noisy but they didn’t work during sleeping hours and typically you’re out of the room all day anyways so it didn’t bother us. Our shower was huge and always very hot. The staff were beyond friendly. We arrived early from Jerusalem and our room was ready so they let us check in early basically giving us an extra half day in Tel Aviv. The location was excellent, right next to all the restaurants and 10 minutes to the beach. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious with nice touches. We loved the happy hour and were so happy with all the staff. Would 100% stay here again.

We had much higher expectations based on the photos and reviews. The family room is not acceptable and there is no option to choose a better room for 3 people. The room has practically no window, the window behind the bed and faces the construction site, where there is noise from the morning. Toilet with shower very tight, not for men. No wardrobes, which can be problematic for a longer stay. The only plus is the location, but there are much better hotels and apartments in this area.

Just an amazing hotel!!! Loved staying there, so many lovely details, super friendly staff! Just a few things to point out: - super friedly and warm welcome. Victor was amazing explaining attractions and "where to go" to us. Funny, smart, casual but also professional chats with him makes this experience so very personal and not mainstream - free coffee and wine during happy hour are small but really convenient things. - really hot water with lots of water pressure is a highlight in every stay. - the bed is so comfy!!! Seldomly slept in a more comfortable hotel bed. - the location is really top and everything is nearby! And to be honest: - yes there is a construction beside the hotel. Our room was even facing the construction building, but nevermind! The hotel can not do anything about it ... get up early and go exploring this amazing city ;) construction starts around 7 am and is finished at 5 pm. Best time to sleep is on the beach during midday. Come on - this is a city!!! It is never quiet. - and yes... there are a few bumps in the walls, or some marks of previous guests. But it's a hotel! There are people living in there and not all guests are taking care. It is tidy and clean... that's it. If you want to eyperience a hotel with very friendly, personal service ane lots of love for details and guests in best central location. This is the place you have to go! 🤍
