The suite was full of dust and dirt that caused me severe allergies Inflammation throughout the body And as a result of the dirt in the room I am treated with very strong pills I went to the lounge and showed them the dirt I had wiped off the bed myself to a manager on duty named Marina. And she said it's fine, it's dust, it's normal This is dust that has not been cleaned for many months, not every day

Our first ever visit to Tel Aviv and cannot fault The Vista, our stay was amazing! We stayed as a family of three in a Vista Grand Studio on the 17th floor, the same floor as the Vista Lounge. The room was spacious, the service was incredible and the lounge was AMAZING! We've stayed in five star hotels all over the world and without a doubt this is one of the best executive lounges anywhere. Amazing food and beverage selection all day/night, spacious and wonderful service. All and all the hotel was beyond our expectations. Top tips, be careful booking over Shabbat as your dining option are limited. We also just missed Yom Kippur in which the lounge and restaurants are closed (but the hotel gives in room dining options). Finally if you want a decent balcony do not book floor 17 as the balconies are really really small. One final tip for the hotel... The pool is too cold! Please raise it to 30/31°. Minor ******* though we LOVED our stay and will be back!

It’s been a while since I stayed at my favourite Tel Aviv hotel. Whilst is was built in 1965, it’s a classic comfortable top notch hotel. Evening snacks in the Vista are better then ever; the new large umbrellas providing shade ‘in the pool’ are genius. This hotel pool is away from the roads, so there is no honking of car horns, ensuring a calm poolside ambience. We had thought of staying at the new David K hotel, but since my loyalty to the Tel Aviv Hilton started in 1999, I realise I am still making the right choice.

As soon as I walk into the lobby at the Hilton Tel Aviv, I feel so joyous, with a warm happy feeling cascading through my body and I know I’m home. The staff throughout the hotel and the Vista have treated us so well and made us feel so welcome. Everything has been excellent and has made us all more sad to be leaving, but we will be back!

Our two room suite on the 16th floor was a renovated space with spectacular views over Tel Aviv. We also had the use of the lounge on the 17th floor which serves a respectable breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner, but not lunch. The service was good and the room facilities only lacked power points for USB connection and a power point at or near the desk. The price, however, was as high as London five star prices.

My home away from home in Tel Aviv. The team is like family - especially Carlos the Chief Concierge who continues to be the most professional and wonderful person you will ever meet. Always with a smile and positive energy, Carlos makes Les Clefs D’Or proud. Speaking of the Concierge, Carlos’s Number - Jason (all the way from Missouri) is an outstanding employee as well as incredible person. Up on the Vista floor - Gili - my dear Gili - a shining person and one of the most professional hoteliers in the country. Gili has worked for many year at The Hilton (Vista) and I hope that she will stay for many more years. Gili knows how to treat a guest like royalty. The most wonderful Housekeeper on the planet - Angela - Angela is an asset to the hotel. She remembers each and every detail to make a guest’s stay perfect and does it with a smile. Her rooms are perfect. The entire staff on the Vista floor (lounge) go out of their way to make you feel at home. The Vista/Hilton is my go to hotel in Tel Aviv. Always feels welcomed by the wonderful Vista staff. Klaudia Korpal at the check in was so hospitable and willing to help. Very professional, warm, welcoming and eager to help. The rest of the team is also outstanding. Happy to return as always.

Excellent service, best lounge with the most beautiful view. Klaudia and Gili are very sweet and super helpful. Rooms are great. I’ve stayed in several hotels nearby, nothing beats Vista. All the rooms have view of the sea. Customer service is great, you always feel welcomed. Lounge is on the 17th floor, great service throughout the day.

Globally the quality of this hotel has been deteriorating through the years despite their renovation of the lobby level and some changes at the vista lounge level (highest floor). The only good thing with this hotel is it’s location and it’s sea views especially from the vista lounge area but it does not compensate for the major weaknesses : service quality is really extremely poor and definitely does not qualify for a 5 star hotel, many products are basic and also do not qualify for a real five stars (no branded products in the rooms like the guerlain or Hermès products ones usually find in hotels with that price range, no top products in the vista lounge area which is furnished with very plain vanilla and cheap products that do not justify the extra cost etc). All in all this hotel should charge at least 33% to 50% less than what it charges today considering the poor quality of its offering.
