提洛爾因特拉潘酒店(Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol)

We all love this stay very much. It was a great winter and we enjoyed everything here.

Our experience was really memorable, the staff were very helpful and attentive, the food was superb I really liked the Italian dishes in particular it were really good like you in Italy , the breakfast was varied and the cook was really friendly. I need to mention to the high end facilities as well , the resort is very good for vacation and to have rest away from the stress.

Es war unser dritter Besuch im Interalpen Hotel anlässlich unseres Hochzeitstages. Der Aufenthalt war wieder in jeder Hinsicht wunderbar. Großzügiges, geschmackvolles Ambiente. Ein sagenhafter Spa Bereich. Die Umgebung landschaftlich traumhaft. Das 6-Gänge Menü einzigartig. Besonderen Dank an Herrn Acar, der jedes Abendessen mit seiner überaus freundlichen und professionellen Art besonders angenehm machte und trotz vollem Restaurant stets die Ruhe und den Überblick bewahrte. Wir kommen gerne wieder und behalten auch diesen Aufenthalt wieder in besonders schöner Erinnerung.

Family trip. This is my 4th visit to this hotel. We spent a good 5000 EUR here this time, not a cheap stay. I used to love it, but I don't think I'll be coming back. Attention to detail and standard of service are not what they used to be, and staff was generally unhelpful. They know we are repeat guests - and yet they made zero effort to accommodate us. We gave us rooms in a low floor facing the back. There were no spa appointments (even days in advance) and the spa receptionist was impolite and non-apologetic. Dinner receptionist was unaccommodating to our request to move to different table. They charged us for wrong things at checkout and really made me argue, which I hate doing (they ultimately resolved the issue but made me feel terrible in the process). I don't like to complain during my hotel stays, but as someone who comes back here a lot I feel they could be more attentive.

Das Hotel ist ein sehr großer Klotz, der nicht in die Landschaft passt, aber dies merkt man im Innern nicht. Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich, toller Pool, sehr große Zimmer. Gutes Abendessen, sehr gutes Frühstück.

Ritorno in questo hotel dopo circa 12 anni , ero emozionata xche avevo dei bellissimi ricordi e purtroppo ora mi rimmarra un brutto ricordo di questo hotel . Dunque partiamo dall inizio e dalle cose positive , struttura affascinante , ampia , spazi bellissimi , bellissima zona spa , il tutto viene pero rovitano dai servizi e disservizi . Primo grande disservizio , secondo me , in un hotel 5 stelle superior non e possibile che in recption non c’e una persona che parli in italiano, secondo ma grande punto la ristorazione , buffet antipasti inesistente , l’hotel propone un menu ma se non c’e nulla che piace ti viene proposta carta a pagamento !!! mai capitato , solitamente in una struttura di un certo livello cercano di accontentarti nella scelta ed eventualmente sostituire i piatti non pagarli , visto che la cena è inclusa e pagata ( non poco ) . La prima sera rendendoci conto di tutto ciò decidiamo di prenotare la cena “speciale “ fatta con tagli di carne particolare , la richiesta e di ordinarla con due giorni di anticipo x cui noi il giovedi sera la riserviamo x sabato sera , peccato che venerdi sera a cena ci dicono che era stata prevista la cena speciale , noi spieghiamo che era x la serata successiva in malo modo. i camerieri insistino che loro l’avevano gia preparata !!! Situazione spa e trattamenti : piscina fredda , eventi in sauna con all interno piu di 30 persone quando la sauna ne conterrebbe la meta ! x cui impossibile da fare ! trattamenti prenotati con anticipo , giorno del massaggio vengo contattata un ora prima del mio trattamento x informarmi che non era possibile farlo xche la massaggiatrice aveva avuto un problema !!! ma in una struttura cosi non e normale avere gli operatori contati !! Mi spiace ma sono molto delusa questi continui disservizi mi fanno valutare questa struttura un tre stelle non di certo 5 superior .

Sehr Nobel, Essen war großartig. Ein Hotel wo mann Gerne wieder Urlaub macht, Auch die Zimmer und der Service lassen keine Wünsche übrig. Eines wenn nicht das beste Haus in Tirol. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end, les infrastructure, ainsi que le personnel repond a votre bien-être

Quel bonheur de revenir après deux ans ! Nous avons revu avec plaisir Madame Riedl, Ugur , et tant d’autres La semaine a été très agréable et l’hôtel est toujours parfait. L’équipe est vraiment au top et je donne une mention spéciale à notre maître d’hôtel ( dont je ne connais pas le prénom) et également à Bektas qui sont tous deux absolument parfaits tant dans le professionnalisme que la gentillesse. Enfin ce retour après autant de temps dû aux difficultés de voyager a été un enchantement et nous avons hâte d’un prochain séjour. Une bonne retraite à Madame Riedl qui participe grandement à la perfection du service.
