Expensive and food was terrible wait so long for bad food Tv only 5 Chanel’s Bar no beer Hated it !

Stay away. Hardly anything mentioned on trip adviser is true or still in place No swimming pool Hardly service No mini bar Hardly anything on the menu (even out of Coke) Hardly other guests (which is a result of the above) Free internet: you might be able to get your emails but making a call is challenging and so on

Stayed there many times before and was 100% better hotel very dated facilities very poor tv 100 years old only 4 channels no telephone working in the room AC leaking 2 of us stayed in the room only supplied 1 towel even after asking very poor standard receptionist very ignorant after asking for things to be fixed

3 days at this hotel. a good service in general. you must have a free airport service.

Hotel was unique especially services received from Roland and and the ladies working at the front desk of the hotel was exceptional I promise to recommend this hotel to all my friends, family and Colleagues

Rooms and beds are old and dated very uncomfortable food in restaurants is poor and mostly unavailable Crazy expensive 2star hotel pretending to be more than what it is Room and meals 200 usd per day but not with half that cost

the hotel offers excellent service and outstanding hospitality. the facilities were well maintained , the rooms were spotless and the staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism especially with front office. the location is great and the overall experience exceeded my expectations . i will gladly stay here again.

Pretty much the same as the earlier review of October 2024: - Pool and outside area remains in semi-constructed state - Lift was not working - Two of us had to change rooms because of issues - Towels are thread bare - build quality horrendous: skew TVs, fittings loose, light switches not working, poorly painted and assembled etc. - Mattress with springs that squeak and is really uncomfortable - Bar area has local music and TV on at same time, blaring out noise. - Decor is kitsch - gold and bold colours. Makes me want to throw up - Restaurant had no A/C on when i went in and local radio station was blaring. Lost my appetite and skipped dinner. - No decent TV channels to watch and most have bad reception and interference - breakfast was low budget offering yet they charge $23 for it. Coffee cold. staff unfriendly. We had business guests from Norway with us and this was frankly embarrassing. Ridiculously expensive given how terrible this place it. Stay away

Hotel needs major renovation. The TV did not work at all. Filthy gutters surrounding the building smell awful and mosquito infestation. The restaurant has minimal items on the menu. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous.
