窗簾衹有一層薄紗，邊上的擋光簾子衹是裝飾，不能拉的。無法擋住外面的光線，會影響睡眠。 不知道是不是因為冬天，缺乏開窗通風，房間有很重的缺乏通風的悶臭味。 服務人員態度不錯，早餐也OK。

Good price and locations, but no one come to clean my room. Breakfasts are good.

This was such a huge disappoin**ent. While the staff were pretty nice, I was assured the room given to me was quiet and no one above me. I was woken up by what sounded like bowling balls hitting the ceiling at 6am. The curtains do not close all the way and I had to use a hair clip for privacy, and if you want to use the heat/air/fan, it sits directly below the window, blowing the curtains open wider. I could see people walking in front of my window constantly. I had spotty if any Wi-Fi and the toilet wouldn’t always flush. I spent alot to stay here and ended up wishing I went elsewhere. Also the breakfast provided was not great, but free so can’t complain about that too much. The positives were the bed is comfortable👍

Not what it looks like in the AD. Shower was dirty had mold in the ceiling. Under the sink was all dusty like if it has never been cleaned. Curtains had stains on them. Room smells like if people use to smoke in this Hotel. Really bad experience will not recommend anyone staying here.

Llegamos noche nuestro primer día y nos dieron una habitación sucia, sin aspirar, sin sacudir, sábanas y cortinas manchadas, basura del huésped anterior bajo el escritorio, y polvo por todos lados, animales muertos que no supimos que eran pegados en la pared, y un olor a humedad terrible, al prender la calefacción me voló todo el polvo a la cara y los ojos y un olor horrible salía de ahí. Al día siguiente para que nos cambiaran de habitación tuvimos que comprobar lo que estábamos diciendo con fotos y en 1 hora nos dieron una habitación limpia en el piso 3. Sin embargo esto no debería suceder, nuestra primer noche fue un infierno. El departamento de limpieza a las habitaciones deja mucho que cuestionar, es inaceptable que nos dieran una habitación sucia, y llegamos ya tan noche y cansados que tuvimos que pasar la noche en esa habitación

We stayed two nights. Had a very hard time getting the room open. The provided breakfast wasn't good. We didn't eat on day two. Picked up breakfast outside of the hotel. We were out of the room from 9:00am until 6:00pm. The room was never cleaned. I phoned for some clean towels. They were brought. I asked to remove trash and was told no.

Hotel is an excellent 2-star. Lobby is ho-hum, but that's to be expected. Easy check-in with no problems. Front desk people were friendly and attentive. Room was clean and up to date, bedding was very comfortable. Room was on the front side of the hotel and quiet. Bathroom was clean and it had one of those pneumatic toilets that you find on airplanes and cruise ships.... ha! Breakfast was complete with eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, etc. Lady tending to the breakfast room kept the room clean and coffee pots filled. Overall, give it a try if you're looking for a reasonable price.

We probably chose an expensive weekend to visit but this hotel doesn't seem to match up with the high room rates. The service was fine, but the lobby is small and unattractive. Very crowded breakfast area.We didn't receive room refresh service and had to wait for new towels. Check in for us was fine but for many there was a long wait. Elevator needs remodeling. Nice, spacious room.

Had to wait for 30+ minutes to check in since there was no one at the front desk. It turned out there was only one staff managing front desk as well as maintenance. The staff had to step away for maintenance. Run-down facility and rooms that could use some updates. Room had unpleasant smell. Fan/AC was super loud. Bed was worn out, lumpy and uncomfortable. No room cleaning service and was not notified in advance. Hotel still used styrofoam plates and single use utensils.

En General bien pero es un hotel que ya requiere remodelación, la limpieza en la habitación muy bien, pero la alfombra, mueble y almohadas (olor) yo creo que ya hay que empezar a cambiarlos

Our room was dirty and smelled like smoke. They also gave us a room that faced the freeway so it was pretty noisy. We asked to be switched to another room which the girl at the front desk was nice enough to find for my husband and I, even though it was a room with two queen beds, it was a little better the the first room. I also feel like the sheets were not changed from the previous guest because there was dirt and hair on them. I would not stay here again.

The sink after being used drains very slowly. The swimming pool and spa were dirty and had dead bugs. The beds were uncomfortable as well. Out of all the Holiday Inn I've been to, this has to be one of the worst experiences.
