I have a rash all over my body in different areas.. i truly hope its not bed bugs. Used a blanket that looked clean in the Closet inside a plastic bag. Rm 339.. so upset I paid extra for what what seemed an updadated room with Red comfy chairs and i did not get that. I got an outdated room.

Booked through ******* for a king sized bed with an in room whirlpool tub. When we checked in we were given a queen bed with no whirlpool tub. When we called the front desk they said that the room we booked was out of service due to the whirlpool tub not working and that if we wanted a reduction in price we’d have to ask the third party which is *******. We contacted ******* the next day after check in and the rep explained that per policy, they were unable to reduce the price because we didn’t contact them during the time of check in. So no one at that point could help us, so as the customer we had to just eat the cost. Other things that we were not impressed by were the cleanliness of the bathroom. There was hair in the bathtub. Also, we had picked this particular hotel because of the outdoor jacuzzi in the pool area. When we arrived, the jacuzzi was roped off as it was out of order. Also, there was no bar soap for the sink in our room and no body wash. We did not think to bring our own as from our previous experiences staying at hotels, these things are provided. When we asked the front desk, they said they ran out of body wash and bar soap because they had not received their shipment. And one more thing. We laid down to take a nap the first night and from our experience again at other hotels we did not internally lock the door as we did not expect anyone to open the door and come in. Someone had opened the door with a key card. Overall, our experience was pretty poor.

The hotel was good, we enjoyed our stay, it was my birthday so we decided to stay in that hotel because it was closer to activities. Old town is just a few minutes walk away. My only complaint was the walls was thin, we can hear others having conversation and we have to be extremely quiet for sexy time. Also the need to update their plugins to usb and c charging. They are still using the old ways and my iPhone 15 charger, I couldn’t use it and my phone died.

The front desk was absolutely amazing i wish I could remember her name that checked me in last night around at 1000 but she was such a sweetheart had a very kind and caring personality. I will definitely return to the Hampton Inn because of her. The room was a little dated but comfortable.

Conveniently located and clean/comfortable room BUT amenities were awful and several staff were very unprofessional! Front desk staff did not even bother to greet us and seemed confused about our payment. When we asked for pool/jacuzzi hours they failed to tell us they were actually out of order! Ice machine was out of order as well. The milk ran out at the breakfast buffet. I politely asked kitchen staff if they could please put out more and was told No in a rude impatient tone. How can you serve cereal, waffles, coffee, oatmeal, etc. and refuse to put out more milk? Housekeeping startled us in the early morning by vacuuming right outside our room and repeatedly banging into our door with the vacuum! Overall, I got the impression that this place is really falling apart in terms of facilities and customer service. Definitely not staying here ever again!

Overall a good stay, but I had asked for clean sheets on one of the beds at 6 am (switching out 2nd occupant) and was assured there would be no problem. We returned to the hotel after a very long day of competition about 10 pm and beds were unmade and no room cleaning despite the request. A call down to the front desk only resulted in clean towels being brought. I have stayed here before, and will again, but was very disappointed in the lack of responsiveness by housekeeping to a specific request.
