I was given a room on the wrong side of the building that I had prior requested, so I picked up the phone in the room and pushed the butron that said "Front Desk" so I could let them know before bringing all of our luggage back down to the lobby and the button that was marked "Front Desk" called a hotwl number that wasnt the front desk, the lady said she would transfer me to the front desk, but she didnt so I went back to the lobby to get the correct room. After checking out days later, there was a chatge for a long distance call?!!?! Because the "Front Desk" button was a long distance call to a genreal Hyatt call center.

A bit noisy because of construction next door. Also we decided to eat at the restaurant for dinner because we were tired the first day to go out. Well the food was awful. Soggy bun burger that was microwaved and served in a plastic container. Should be much better quality .

This place is fairly new and if you're coming here to do anything ASU related, it can't be topped. Can in from California for the Fresno/ASU football game and the hotel is across the street from the ASU basketball arena and Sun Devil Stadium. Mullet Arena also right there, too. Room was great, 2 beds and pullout sofa for the three of us. Breakfast was fantastic; tons of options in a huge communal area on first floor and kept up until 10AM Sunday. We took the light rail straight from airport and got off a block away. You can walk anywhere over to Mill Ave in under 10 minutes where all the food and drink places are. Would stay here again, no doubt.

They charged me a smoking fee and when I proved I smoke outside every time and that their evidence only proves I rolled a blunt they said you aren’t allowed to have it on the property at all but they don’t tell you that at all. Also they never cleaned the room even though I asked just about every day I was there. The food is terrible, and the hotel staff is probably the rudest I’ve ever encountered

This is a new hotel near ASU campus. There is no parking space, no lot or street parking possible. You have to pay $15 per day to use ASU parking facility. That alone chases me away from this place in the future. The facility is new and clean. No carpet which I like. However, despite new, the facility is already suffered from plumbing issues, very low water pressure and slow drainage. The bed was not very comfortable. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel.

Was disappointed that the kitchen closed 2hrs before the advertised time. Was even more disappointed that the hotel ran out of bottled water. It was apparent that the front desk did not know the kitchen was closed based off the reaction they had when we told them to stop telling customers to go to the bar and ask for a menu.

New and clean property, walking distance to ASU football/hockey stadiums. Staff is friendly and professional! 10/10, would visit again.
