Bed was comfortable. Front desk was nice

The room was clean. The window coverings were missing the sheer, we could not open the curtain unless we opened the main curtain. We could not put anything in the door of the refrigerator because all the bars were missing.

Not the cleanest. TV would not get connectivity qst night. Left in am for day, returned around 7pm and bed still inmaid and needed new hand towels and washcloths but had to go get them. Coffee was cold at 8am. Noisy road behind room. Not a good experience

No daily room refresh, smoking area outside is too close to room and smell of smoke comes in through A/C unit. Highway abd access road noise is very loud

Nice hotel, very clean, comfy bed, quiet and a friendly staff

Only issue was I am allergic to feathers and the bedding was all feathers. Nothing a quick trip to Ross next door could take care of with a new blanket.

The bathtub is a Trip Hazard. This particular tub design is bad because it is completely rounded on the bottom. There is no flat area is which to stand during shower, Trip hazard for all ages. All other areas in the room are good and fresh bedding and fresh towels. Breakfast area a little cramped but the food is very good.

Business trip. Location convenient lots of restaurants and shopping around. Could use some updates but it was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.

The staff was very friendly! I would have enjoyed a hot tub though!! No hot tub working
