Very basic, but very clean.

The place was clean and was close to my relatives’ place. The breakfast was a bonus.

Breakfast only positive. I believe ******* reservstions are given lowest priority. I have used travelocity and *******. Both times i was put in the worst room on property.i will never use one of these type of services again.

Not a good stay This was our 3rd time to stay at this hotel for our yearly event in this area. Our families love to stay here because the breakfast is good, we usually sleep comfortably, and they have a pool for them to play in. The pool was closed (not disclosed to us beforehand). The lobby was packed with people socializing which wasn't a big deal until it went on until past 11 pm at night with people being incredibly loud. I was surprised the front desk didn't enforce the 10 pm quiet time. One of the elevators were broken so everyone was using the stairwell all night, which we just happened to be right next to, and the door was slamming shut allllll night long. My mattress was very used and uncomfortable so we didn't get any sleep at all. We didn't experience this the other 2 times we stayed here so that's why I left 3 stars. Unfortunately though we will not be back.

Pool not working Easy check in, the a/c was Soo loud in the room. And we booked because hotel had indoor pool & when we I called the front desk to check what time it closes, I was told the pool was not open. It was my first time in temple and this hotel was located to a lot of popular stores and restaurants

Close to the hospital My mom and i were in Temple because my Dad had a surgery at the Scott & White hospital. So after an exhausting day at the hospital the convenience of location was perfect! A clean room and comfortable bed was most welcome

The staff was very sweet and helpful.I was able to check in early.We had a good night's sleep.The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet Thank you😁

Ok Our stay was ok and clean but for the price the bed should of been comfortable and not hard. The breakfast wasnt all that.
