We stayed with ye last night and what an unpleasant stay. The room could be updated, the mattress uncomfortable. Awful noisy with doors banging all night and then some worker was emptying bottles since 8 in the morning. When you go away for a night, it's nice to try and have a rest or lye in but that certainly didn't happen in your hotel.

AVOID this place like the plague it really is that bad I have never been made to feel so unwelcome & uncomfortable staying at a hotel or guest house in my life and that’s saying something absolutely shocking attitude from the staff especially the two Karen’s on reception a blonde woman & big girl with glasses not fit for purpose also the arrogant looking male manager behind the bar at breakfast in morning these people haven’t got a clue about hospitality & customer service I would never stay there again if they paid me. There was also blood stains on my duvet cover toxic environment there was one nice girl barmaid clearly new as she didn’t know what a Latte Coffee was so another rude member of staff came over.

Einfach nur wow. Es war ein super Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist ganz einfach nur toll. Man fühlt sich ....extra...mit seinem Design/Ausstattung.Die Zimmer sind mit allem was man brauch ausgestattet. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Die Bar, das Restaurant sind toll. Die Portionen sind groß und super gut. Immer wieder und gerne dieses Hotel.

Called while passing on a Friday afternoon 2 salmon main courses shoukd have realised how bad it was going to be when it landed on the table with in 3 minutes salmon clearly microwaved rock hard mash ad veg no5 much better 33.60 would have got a decent dinner at a locate deli counter shameful paid and as I left called the manager he wasn't bothered in the slightest told should have let him know and he would have changed it should have come to our table correctly and edible with out having to make a fuss won't get caught again

Really nice place for food we went to see Santa and got chocolate off him for free.We ordered Starters,main,desserts for starters I got garlic bread didn’t really like it, Then I got the beef burger for mains I loved it! I will attach some photos

Méfiance au check in Pour la 1ere fois en 1 mois de voyage en Irlande, ils ont exigé de renseigner ma plaque d'immatroculation, la couleur de ma voiture, ma carte de credit,avec encaissement prealable sans pouvoir voir ma chambre. J'ai du payer cash un deposit de 10€ pour un adapteur electrique incompatible avec les prises non normalisées et ils m'ont debité des frais pour le retrait nécessaire au paiement de ce dernier. sans me rendre le deposit quand j'ai du le restituer. finalement j'ai du débrancher la Tv pour pouvoir alimenter mon assistance respiratoire Le ventilateur de la salle de bain etait tellement bruyant que je n'ai pas pu allumer sans reveiller tout le voisinage. à suivre quand j'aurai testé le breakfast. à éviter

Called on a Saturday...food and service excellent.Called in Sunday on way home from Tralee and what a difference.Even though my mother uses a walking aid and is 88..it was obvious from lady who met us in bar that we should be joining the long queue outside for a table.Food was ok....dessert which stated it was a crumble....was in fact a bowl of stewed fruit topped with custard.The worst disabled spots Ive ever seen...totally overgrown and unkept.We had to reverse out to try and get into the car as branches off bushes were everywhere.

We stopped over on our way to kerry. The food was good. The family room was a disgrace and I cannot believe that they are charging €150 for the family room we were given. There was a smell of must in the room. All the bathroom ware were rusty and old. The wooden mirrors were peeling.There was stains on the towels and we each had one pillow. I would not recommend you stay at this hotel. A lot of work is needed to upgrade the rooms.

So disappointed. Went in with my partner for a coffee and dessert. My partner got a latte it was basically freezing. I got a hot chocolate which was luke warm. We both ordered the apple crumble with custard. It was so poorly presented, the apple crumble was freezing and it was smothered with cold tasteless custard. I left my whole dessert but my partner ate his. €17.50 for pure muck.

Four of us stopped for lunch on we’re met by you, by a very rude front of house person told to take a seat and we would get a table sat down and had a drink in the foyer. In the meantime plenty of people arrived after us were given tables We finished our drinks and left won’t be going back.

Recently stayed here when meeting with friends. Receptionist was unwelcoming and crisp to say the least, with poor interpersonal skills. Equally the manager was brusque when we had a query. Rooms dated, bed uncomfortable, breakfast fair. The only positive was the food for our evening meal.

Excellent hotel for Sunday lunch! Lots of choice from their menu and food lovely! Good value for money. Great service and great staff! Lovely place to go any time of the year. Always busy and great atmosphere. I would come back again. Worth stopping by for food when passing through aswell.

Stopped for dinner one evening, lovely hotel nicely decorated, however the food menu didn’t have a massive selection was rather dated and could do with being refreshed or even reworded to sound more appealing! The cost of the main course was very high for the actually quality of food, food was barely warm and the coffee machine needed to be cleaned I wouldn’t recommend the place for food.
