We recently stayed here for a night to be closer to the airport. When we arrived the room was clearly dirty, floor not vacuumed, hairs on pillows, toothpaste in sink, glass rings on counters and sticky stuff on the bottom of mirror. We asked for another room but it was also not cleaned. Sheets were slept in on bed, so the desk attendant offered to clean our first room and changed sheets. While the staff was friendly and very helpful, the state of these rooms was terrible, not to mention cleanliness in regards to COVID or other viruses or bacteria. I was also denied a refund for my stay...the manager said he couldn't do this because I booked through hotel.com...if this is true, Hotel.com you need to change your policies! In the end was offered 50% off next stay, unless I desperately needed a place to stay, I wouldn't stay here again.
