Room was terrible. Ceiling has signs of leak terribly painted over. Never told us about $50 pet fee when checking in. If we could give negative stars we would! Only thing in room that was good was TV.

The property was fantastic. The only issue was the location of my room. It was by the back exit door that tended to slam when people used it. And a gas station right out my bedroom window was a noisy business with car doors slamming and loud car engines. After midnight it became quiet.

Staff was friendly and breakfast was good .. our shower head was broken .. had to hold it the whole time amd the water temp was extremely cold to screaming hot every 5 sec .. not pleasant shower time

I love this hotel! It’s classy, comfortable, and beautiful. It’s also pet-friendly, which I love, but this evening, someone left their dog alone and the dog barked loudly for hours! It was not great. It is, however close to everything, with easy parking. And, I also love that they offer paraben-free and sulfite-free skin and hair products that are not tested on animals: thank you! But, I would definitely stay here again given how nice the rooms and toiletries are.

The front desk person was very helpful and kind. The hotel room was just a little tired looking. Usually we find the Hampton Inn a little brighter and fresher looking.
The breakfast staff were also very kind and accommodating!

Room was extremely humid and had an aroma possibly mold? Wood paneling around ac unit had water damage. The floor for the walk on shower was not sloped correctly and the entire bathroom floor became wet as well as water running out into the room carpet.
But the room was quiet, clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.
