特雷霍特温德姆戴斯套房酒店(Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Terre Haute)

A massive storm rolled through and left our town without power for 5 days. We stayed 2 nights to get out of the heat. The amenities were NOT as advertised. There was NO Wi-Fi. The breakfast was a sliced loaf of bread and cold biscuits. The coffee was bitter and they had no creamer or sweetener. They did put us up with our 2 dogs. The AC was excellent and the beds were comfy. The room had coffee but no coffeemaker. Their ice/vending/laundry was nice and easily accessible. The parking lot was filled with trash but to be fair there was a huge storm that passed through. Parking spaces were tight and there was a lot of sketchy people in the area outside. They are in a great location within walking distance of restaurants and coffee shops and a short drive to more locations.

Estoy muy enojado con este hotel súper 8 pues la persona que recibe a los huéspedes me ha tratado muy arrogantemente, no tuvo ninguna amabilidad conmigo y decidí cambiar de hotel a lo que me comunico con hotel. Com y en ves de solucionar el malestar me negaron la oportunidad de yo darle la solución diciéndome que mi reserva no es rembolsa le y que perdería mi dinero, yo entiendo que existan reglas pero frente a un caso de maltrato las reglas podrían ser más flexible, pero ********* no fue capas de ayudarme, estoy desde las 12 del medio día para mi reserva y me dicen que el check in es a las tres pero an pasado an venido personas y an reservado y de una ves les an dado su habitación, se que ustedes buscarán cualquier justificación para lo que ocurre por eso les perdí mi confianza. Que mala experiencia la verdad

Booked 3 days. Right away I noticed the smell of the room. I was exhausted, so I dealt with it. Then I noticed the smoke detector was missing. When I awoke after the 2nd night, the bathroom was infested with roaches. I went to the front office to check out. The manager was very sorry and offered to put me in another building. I politely said no and asked for a refund for the unused 3rd night. He agreed, but I had to go through ******* since it was prepaid. Do not stay here until they do some serious remodeling. As you can imagine, I believe the building I stayed in should be demolished, and a new building constructed. It was gross.

Felt dirty. Found a half burned cigarette in the top of the shower and the toilet was not clean. Toe nail clippings were in the floor.

Was a little under my Expectations for the price.. Definitely think it could be cleaner. And i also think all things should be in operating condition.

The entry door frame was loose. The back of the bathroom door was filthy. The remote didn't work and you couldn't change the TV manually. I got new batteries front the front desk, but it didn't fix the remote. The bathroom sink didn't drain.

I drove 11 hrs, only to find out my room was occupied. non english speaking employees. Tell me only to contact manager next day after 11oo.

I’ve been traveling for many years. This is the worst place I have ever stayed at. How does Days Inn allow this?

Room and linens were dirty. Tub was dirty. Broken shower handle, rusty and corroded. Dusty room. Significant pre-existing damage to furniture and walls. Broken desk chair.
