蛇河別墅温泉羅克度假酒店(Snake River Lodge & Spa)

My wife and i stayed for 6 nights and found the room lacking normal amenities, specifially no desk, no microwave and no arm chair. The staff were friendly and helpful. We recognize that it is a tourist area and prices would reflect that but the restaurant service was very expensive, given the value. we found other hotels in the Teton village with better fair and lower prices. There was confusion about the lenght of our stay and we had to make a second reservation to stay the extra night (S/W issue) and we were given conflicting information about UPS mailing. Told by one set of staff that they would be able to send a box from the hotel and when the box was delivered, a second set of desk staff said I would need to take it to the UPS site (at The Aspen). Generally a nice stay but will not go back if we return to Jackson Hole.

We were so excited to stay in a very expensive hotel and be pampered with an amazing room, facilities, etc. $600 is a lot of money. Place is dated and pseudo-rustic. Our $600 had no view and looked at a wall and a bit of the pool. Overall, disappointed for the money.

Expedía lost my reservation…had to wait~1 hr to check in…Room was super small and staff would not let me upgrade pee Expedía reservation (made me feel like it was my fault)….not a good experience.

Easy check in. Very helpful staff upon arrival. Breakfast buffet had different selections each morning. A little pricey per person for breakfast. Our room was super quiet even though right next to elevator. Not a lot of loud skier foot traffic. Hot tub and heated pool were really nice. Ski rentals available right in hotel. Unfortunately did not use the spa services but friends of ours did and said it was a nice service.Access to restaurants is easy. A bunch of shops nearby. Only issue was one staff at checkout. Not very nice appeared to me that she felt I was bothering her when all I asked for was a 30 min extension on our check out and only used 15 min. The other person was so much nicer. That is and was the only person that put a bad taste in my mouth. But would still return!

Mixed reviews here. Property location is fantastic - close parking (outdoors), ski storage/valet on site with boot dryers and great staff there, walk to gondola/lifts and to other ski rental places as well as tickets all right there. Room nice, great shower, room temp control great, pillows horrible. Breakfast buffet for $25/each not worth it - walk to Mangy Moose Cafe for great cheap breakfast. Hotel staff foreign exchange students with 1 week training so language and cultural barriers quite evident - difficulty communicating with bar staff and never got good drink until hotel General Manager (she is AMAZING!!) came and mixed it herself. Food service at tables by bar nonexistent - people had to constantly get up and run after server asking is they could order. Again, General Manager stepped in, took orders, delivered food to tables, etc. Without her, this place would fall apart. She needs the support staff to run this place - she can’t keep doing it all by herself. So overall, if you just want a nice hotel with a great location, you’ll love it. If you are looking for spot on staff and service, ask for the General Manager when you get there or stay somewhere else. It’s like a work in progress - good bones but the details need help.

When booked, we were supposed to have a balcony. Nowhere were we told that the balcony was "shared" which actually meant that it allowed anyone to try to get into our room. There was no restaurant. The room was dirty and not well kept, particularly the bathroom which was in disrepair. Finally the staff were not friendly or helpful. I would not recommend this hotel. We plan to return to this part of the world but definitely will not stay at the Snake River Lodge & Spa.

The Lodge was clean and comfortable. The route to our room was very circuitous when we could have gone in through another door and gone directly to the elevator we needed. I liked the resort, but dining options for reasonable prices in the area are nonexistent. *Don't go to the Mangy Moose -the food was subpar and overpriced.
