Great place to stay to rest

The property was nice the rooms were clean the water didn’t get really hot and the plugs wererrally loose overall it was good

The property was fine. We were very disappointed in the room reservation being cancelled the day of arrival, especially since I had made reservations 3 weeks prior & had been sent an email three days prior stating my reservations were set. I would expect ******* to call or text with the message instead of email. I will plan to deal directly with lodging properties next time.

Upon arrival the hotel was clean, and staff friendly. When we got to our room it was hot and I couldn’t get the air to kick on. So I went back to the front desk and asked what I was doing wrong, certain it was me doing something wrong. The front desk attendant seemed annoyed that I was asking. He told me it was locked, he couldn’t lower it and it would turn on once it reached a certain temp. Long story short, it never turned on. We ended up opening the window, which would have been totally fine except we were on the first floor. So it didn’t feel safe. We closed the window before going to sleep and woke up sweating a couple hours later. I will say, it was convenient to food, target, and gas.

Good space, basically nice, but had to plead with the front desk repeatedly to get any housekeeping services.

Staff was terrific, room was beautiful and very clean, bed was comfy and breakfast was treat

Always a good stay when I’m visiting home. Close to shopping & lots of restaurant options.
