Good place

The first room we were given has roaches. The staff was quick to move us to another room. All of the rooms had filthy doors. The elevator was scary and needed repair. The outside doors were unlocked and I saw random people come in without having to use a key card to enter, I even tried it to check. Thankfully this was an overnight trip and not a longer stay.

Texarkana stay. Absolutely amazing staff. Cody was a bright highlight of our day. Thank you everyone.

So so stay Phone wasn’t hooked up, clock radio wasn’t hooked up, and remote never worked. Front desk staff friendly upon check in, but morning front desk staff didn’t seem interested in whether our stay was good or bad.

Needs updating, maintenance and deep cleaning. I’m surprised that IHG doesn’t keep up on maintenance of the property. When you enter the sliding door doesn’t seem to open all the way. Behind the reservation desk you see the molding on the bottom of the wall taped up with duck tape. In the elevator, the peel and stick tile is covered with more duck tape. Carpets in hallway visibly stained and all doors visibly need to be cleaned and painted black markings all over. My deadbolt lock did not engage the strike plate and ice maker did not work. The door frame to bathroom stained with red/orange and needs cleaned. I won’t stay again. The employees not dressed professionally.

Wouldn’t recommend my check-in wasn’t the bad part come to find out since I was traveling through and I arrived late. The deadlock on my door didn’t work and there’s rust all over the metal door frames on the property. Also the next morning starting at about eight 830 somebody kept knocking on my door
