Excellent stay at this beautiful hotel! The staff were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable, and the rooms were modern and clean. The rates were reasonable and between the amenities in the room, the mini pantry, and the restaurant at the hotel, it has everything you need. Will definitely stay here again when passing through!

Mine and my partner's trip here was amazing! We were helped by Corey for check in and check out. She was extremely friendly and helpful! As a fellow hotel worker it was completely to my standards. Very easy going and a great time! We will be back for sure 💜

SO just a follow up to information below. I just reached out to follow up with a manager and was told there is NOTHING AT ALL that can be done for me. She said who did you tell about your stay when you were there. I said it is obvious that when I called down there for linens that alone was a concern. I also mentioned when I arrived I asked about upgrading to a double bed suite and was told they were actually sold out of rooms, and she said she would have switched me out with a another occupant. This is beyond me atp. I reserved my room for 6/9-6/10 due to my family and I having to come down to bury my mother. When I arrived to check in everything seem good, so I checked in and went up to take my bags upstairs. Immediately we left to my sisters hotel across the freeway where we cooked and had family time. Which I totally regret I didn’t get a room there. Anyway when we returned back to our hotel as were getting to lay the kids down I noticed a stain on the sofa bed along with some other type of particles on the bed as well as stains on the pillows that they have in the bags, so I called down to the hotel front desk requesting new bedsheets, pillows and the rep said “ok I don’t know if we have anymore linens but I’ll check and call you back and someone needs to come get it”. 10 mins later she calls back and says I have a blanket so I sent my daughter to go get it. Mind you it is 12a. Ok whatever, I need some rest so I lay down so I can get my mind together for my mom’s burial and around 2a my husband who is paraplegic wakes me up and complains that he is hot. I noticed it to after I felt my neck was covered in sweat so I get up to turn the air down which was already on 70. Turned it down to 66 and it started to feel a lil better. 9am someone is beating on the door, I get up to answer it, it’s room service asking if we need room services. Thats awesome that they take the initiative but I will be completely checked out in just 2 hours, now I’m up so I get up to wash my face and brush my teeth and noticed the sink was draining really slow so I’m looking at toothpaste and saliva. When leaving I thought the hotel rep would ask how was my stay but she didn’t even bother, she said would you like a receipt, I said yes, she printed it and said have good day. I was pretty upset about this and was going to do a review right then and there but I said maybe due to the circumstances I’m a bit on the edge so I’ll wait and call and speak with someone Tuesday. I did that and was offered points on my honors account. No I think not. I chose Hilton so I could have a comfortable stay, I particularly chose this Hilton because of the reviews, and location. I was told someone from the Hilton’s management team would follow up with me in 3 days. Granted it hasn’t been a full 3 days but I would think my concerns would matter and I would hear back from someone sooner then the 3days considering my situation.

We took a trip for a nice wedding weekend and stopped to rest on our travels in Texarkana This hotel was great Clean , accommodating, great staff Our in room coffee maker was broken and the staff had it replaced in less than 5 mins They also game us great local suggestions for dinner.

We loved the suite we had....nice couch and a desk chair for my hubby with his bad back. Bed was great, I take my own pillows so can't answer to that. Nice sized bathroom, and had a tub, which I love. No free breakfast, which I did not know at the time. They had a nice grill at night and it was always full so I assume good food! All in all it was terrific...expensive but we used points so it was okay. The only drawback was the doors! All up and down the hallway? Whenever a door opened or closed it was extremely loud. Loud enough to wake us. Did not appreciate that, but everything else was great! DJ on the desk was a very polite and helpful young man.

Avoid this location. My room had a shower which leaked so badly that it ran in to the living room. The sink was clogged and the fridge and ac made horrible noises. Complained to the management and they said they would look in to it and call me back but never did. Complained to Hilton and they don't want to get involved. You can stay far better places nearby and at lower rates thus avoid this establishment because they could not care less if you have a comfortable stay or not.

Had a high school football game, players meeting, tour busses all over the place at check in, Noone told us prior to booking! Also, elevators...one mot working, we were on 5 th floor, with dog, np walking up but, they never fixed it. Our suite smelled like pee. We paid extra for this room, would not recommend this place.

How many ways can I say, “Thanks You!” We were passing through Texarkana on our way home from a fun trip. Well, my wife got bogged down on her computer with some work she needed to do. We stayed in our room until the last minute. Then we moved to the lobby so my wife had a comfortable place to work and take a couple calls. The great spot for her to work, the hot water for tea, etc was all VERY appreciated. The staff were courteous and helpful and attentive to all our needs. Thanks! Room was clean…breakfast was fairly priced and delicious. All around, exactly what we needed/expected.

I was so impressed with everything. The staff was gracious and very helpful. My room was great and extremely clean. It was a truly wonderful place to stay. You will be well taken care of if you choose to stay here.

I travel through Texarkana multiple times a year. I have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn because it’s the only decent place in town. In fact, for several years, it was really nice. Sadly, it’s becoming dirty and poorly maintained like just about everything else in this town. Disgusting shower, sticky surfaces (including the bathroom floor and carpet), the phone even had a mysterious smear on it. Plan your next trip to make it to Little Rock or Dallas, because this town now has nowhere reliably clean to stay.

This was a very good place to stay, be it only one day. Room were very nice. Staff was courteous. Check in and out was quick and easy. Parking was conveinent. Had a couple of full size baggage carts which are available less and less when traveling. Will stay here again!

Disappointed in this suite. Overpriced for this area. No bathtub and poor bathroom lighting. Not enough electrical plugs besides bed. For the price, breakfast should have been included. Will not stay here again.
