I booked this apartment for 4 of us to stay. Two in the double bed, two on the sofa bed; to have somewhere nice to get ready for a wedding. The door to our room had multiple holes in it with sellotape to cover the holes; one being kicked through at the bottom. The sink flooded in the bathroom and the shower didn’t regulate temperature literally boiling hot or freezing cold; someone from my party was badly scolded by the hot water. We had multiple stains everywhere, on the sofa, the beds, the bedding, the spare bedding, the curtains, the table, the kitchen worktops. What is worst of all was a blood stain under the sofa bed and an ecstasy pill fell out of the sofa bed next to the blood stain. Not to mention an ever lasting rave which seemed to go on all evening outside of our window to our room and a plug next to the bed which wouldn’t allow for us to plug our chargers in and even started sparking next to my partners head when in use. An absolutely awful place to stay! I have spoken to their receptionist and manager a number of times and they keep telling us that they understand our issue, and we should be compensated and then avoid the calls moving forward or continue to put us off for “24 hours” which turns out to be a few days or a week at a time. This is an extremely frustrating process and I would advice to steer clear of this place.

I must say that the apartment I stayed in during my visit to England was quite comfortable, modern, and clean. The location was also amazing, which is why I chose it in the first place. However, upon arrival, I was a bit disappointed to find out that the front desk was located in a separate building a few blocks away from the apartment complex. To make matters worse, they didn't even offer to help me get my luggage to the apartment complex, so I had to drag it for about 15 minutes. While the apartment itself was great for those looking to disconnect from the outside world, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who needs constant internet access. Unfortunately, the staff service was not up to par during my stay. The hotel information didn't provide all the necessary details about internet access, and the staff couldn't help resolve the issue for me. This led to a lot of frustration and ultimately forced me to check out two days early. To make matters worse, I didn't even receive a refund for the inconvenience.

Great apartment.. perfect for our stay.. beware the checkin/checkout process though.. you are immediately surrounded by security on arrival into the nearby crowne plaza and frogmarched to reception.. very intimidating indeed. Otherwise the accommodation is perfect for a family stay

This is not the first time we have stayed here, but it will be the last. Pre-covid you were met at the suites by someone to check you in, no issues. This year we were told to go to Crown Plaza Kingston, paid the room cost and £100 deposit 4th july - which I am still waiting to be refunded. Room were unclean, never again.

As a family group of five we stayed here. Originally had booked the hotel and they cancelled the booking and put us in the suites. There were five of us we were five three towels! We called the hotel no answer passed to a mobile no left messages asked the chamber maid but no body brought extra towels. No corkscrew Four tea bags The front door key didn’t work had to get another guest to let us in One of the rooms is bunk beds I definitely would never stay again

Property was good. Very clean. But a very sterile environment. Super location for Hampton Court. But noisy from road traffic. Could do with very standing lights( may help to soften atmosphere)
