Amazing staff and Donald was so nice . Enjoyed each day at the hotel

Horrible Highway Noise from the traffic all night long, do not stay in a room facing the interstate, The AC unit is old and makes noise when it kicks in and out of cycle twice an hour all night long, VERY LOUD They did update recently, but now they charge for parking and serve no free breakfast, Go Book Anywhere Else !

Muy por debajo de los estándares de Courtyard!! Un hotel caro para la calidad de las habitaciones y servicios, se ve que es un hotel viejo con infraestructura vieja pero con una remodelada reciente y n acabados que parecieran más nuevos. Lo bueno: la zona, las señoritas de la recepción y la calidad de los alimentos (aunque un poco caros). Lo malo: Muy ruidoso Muy mal servicio de limpieza, nunca nos cambiaron los vasos usados, alfombra sucia, no lavaban la regadera y dejaban manchas de todo. Mal mantenimiento (aire que no funcionaba bien, extractor muy ruidoso, lavabo zafado, tina que se inundaba, cortinas que no corren. Todos los hoteles del segmento incluyen desayuno, este no. Lo peor: La señorita que atiende el bar por las noches… grosera, condescendiente, sin paciencia, actitud burlona con los latinos… se siente que trata mal hasta a sus compañeros!!!

My credit card was charged $340.00 even thi i already paid through *******. And the phone number provided by ******* and the internet search is not working. Im a truck driver and cant afford to back track just to figure out why i was charged so much. Never heard of a deposit costing that much either.

I did not like that there were no ways to store my clothing except for a few shirts that I could hang in the closet. I had to keep my undergarments and pajamas in my suitcase due to the lack of a dresser. The ice maker did not work and there was not hot water for showers on our second night. If I'm paying $300 for 2 nights at a hotel, I would think there should be hot water and someplace to store my clothes.

No Free Coffee & They Charge You to Park in Lot Will never again stay at a Courtyard; I should have read the fine print. There are coffee makers in the room. But when you go to the lobby to get a roll or something to put in your stomach so you can take your morning meds, you find that you must pay for a roll, or any other morsel. There's no free breakfast, nor can you even get a free cup of coffee. And to top it off, they charged me $3 to park in the hotel's nearly-empty parking lot. Hampton Inn from now on.

Hotel Under Construction and Old Hotel Smell I was in town for a concert. When booking,It was not visibly stated that this hotel was going through renovations. When i arrived hotel furniture and mattresses were outside in the parking lot. When walking into the lobby, part of the lobby was closed off with boxes everywhere. As i went to check my room, 2 rooms across the hall were under construction. It was loud banging, drilling, and dust. The hotel smelled old and they shouldn't have been accepting bookings if they were not finished construction. I checked out immediately and had to go book another hotel.

Double book Nightmare Check in people said I checked in with hours earlier, but then said never mind, but still seemed confused. When we got to the room….it was OCCUPIED!!!!! Hotel under construction and not notified until AFTER non cancellation room booked. New room had huge hairballs in bathroom and blood on the wall

When we arrived the rooms A/C and mini fridge did not work and the floor by the A/C was soaked. We switched rooms and the hot water didn’t work in the morning. Cold morning shower both morning but warm at night. We were there for a concert and when we returned there was NO parking. Was told ma’am we have a lot of people here for some reason, I don’t know what to tell you. Just park anywhere, park behind the truck in the fire lane. Room was not cleaned by housekeeping and had to get new towels from the front. Terrible experience.
