Horrible experience at the hotel. The staff at reception area very rude and spoke non sense. Everyone expects tips from you.. they won't help you in anyway though.. they think tourist bring a lot of money for tipping alone.. too rude and too arrogant..

Never ever plan to stay here. Most dirtiest hotel. The bed sheets are not changed. Nothing is clean. They put a dim light for the guests not to see the cleanliness

Hotel is good but experience to have too hygienic in rooms particularly rest room's and bed sheets. over all experience is good to have stay.

The location is quite convenient—just about 500 meters from the temple, roughly a 10-minute walk. The food served is purely South Indian, and if you're comfortable with that cuisine, it's quite satisfying. The service is commendable, though the amenities could use a bit of improvement. Sorry i havent take any photos of the property. hence unable to complete 3 step.

The property was average but the owners specially male owners were very rude, they didn't answer the questions properly. In the food we found a hair on reporting the hotel staff took it fast from our hands and threw it and told that it's was not a hair.

No clean room, toilet leakage in room, greedy employees seek for tip for every opportunity even if towel is put in the room, cold water bottle was charged 50 /- per bottle after the complaint to hotel manager returned 30/-

Very old rooms. Ac was almost 20 years old. Everything shown in the images is photoshopped. Too costly for the service.

My stay at Hotel Nala Residency was exceptional! The staff was welcoming, the check-in process was smooth, and the room was spotless with a stunning view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. The restaurant served delicious breakfast buffet in the morning. The hotel’s location was perfect—close to the temple. The concierge was helpful with recommendations and transportation. Overall, an amazing experience and enjoyed the stay.

I booked deluxe Double room as shown they given single double room, no hot water, intercom not working, I called to cell not lifting, bathroom very worst.

It would be great if make my trip could innovate by introducing 24 hrs check in format for atleast to temple cities. That would be promising and your company will be approached by 100 fold customers who’s planning temple visits. I know this request will not find any favour but i thought of putting it across on behalf of thousands of pilgrims like us. 12 hour format can continue with other cities of tourists attraction but kindly consider to temple cities under 24 hrs check in format thank you
