Cordial Sopanam – A Wonderful, Kid-Friendly Stay in Trivandrum We stayed at Cordial Sopanam for 2 days with our child, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the railway station and very close to the iconic Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple. There are plenty of eateries around as well, which made things even easier for us. What truly stood out was their exceptional customer service and genuinely kid-friendly approach. A special mention to Sanju at the reception—his warm smile, helpful nature, and positive attitude throughout our stay made a big difference. Staff like him elevate the entire experience, and I honestly feel he deserves a promotion. I also need to thank Vaishnavi who was welcoming all the guests. She was carrying a pleasant smile throughout. The hotel itself is clean, crisp, and well-maintained. The rooms and especially the toilets were spotless. Their buffet breakfast was decent and had enough variety to start the day right. Thank you to the team, and especially Sanju, for making our stay memorable. Highly recommended for families visiting Trivandrum!
