This hotel is definitely not a 4-star property as it claims to be. The rooms are surely clean and comfortable, but the positives end there. The service is absolutely appalling. I ordered a coffee but they failed to serve it even in one hour despite reminding them twice. Once after taking shower all the water were overflowing through under the door to bedroom. The breakfast was a joke. There was no buffet and there were only two options - Puri sabzi or toast! They didn't even have tea or coffee ready. After a couple of reminders they finally brought coffee. I gulped it down with a toast and hurried off to check out. Opt for this hotel if you get it cheap but don't be under the delusion that you'll get a 4-star experience!

saying 400 sqft room n king size bed and 4 star hotel. actually room is less 400 sfqt. n quen size bed given and it's not 3 star also. breakfast u won't get anything. very bad food. with any option. pls don't spoil our holiday like that. u people got the money. poor food .

it's 1 night stay. The room is very comfortable and neat. Our check-in was not pleasant. Because of the Ponggal Festival, all our plans were cancelled for the day, and it affected our entire holiday plans. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

One of the worst hotel i have ever been to. I was there just for 1 night and in that 1 night i had to change 3 rooms. First room had a lizard, then we were moved into 2nd room, we went out for a movie and came back at around 2 am and there was rat poo on the bed and the rat even damaged my phone charger , we had to pack our bags and change room at 2 am. And then there a lot and lot of issues in all the room. Hair dryer was missing , vanity mirror lights did not work , stopper for the sink was not present, bathroom phone was not there.

It is close to the airport and we had a very comfortable 1 night stay. They upgraded both our rooms to the king suites. Staff is very helpful and accomodating. It was much appreaciated especially since I was travelling with aged parents. The breakfast spread needs to be upgraded.

The rooms are clean and comfortable... The staff is polite... There was some work going on so there was no hot water which was a concern.. 🥶 And before 8 am don't expect anything from the kitchen...😋 And make sure while making reservations whom you are speaking to, to avoid miscommunication. Will I visit again ?... ofcourse... Would I recommend? Sure... The infrastructure and staff is good for a work stay...and room service food is also nice... The guards are attentive... For a solo woman work traveller, I faced almost no issues...!! With a hope that my good experience will only get better in the next stay !!

I cancelled my reservation (May 06) before I even arrived!! The communication and service level of this establishment is appalling. I am super happy that I cancelled and booked somewhere else as Molly's Retreat.. amazing customer service - manager even called me on a weekend!! Would not recommend Ambara Suites!!

I have stayed there one day on 12 November 2025 . The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and I am really satisfied. The food was fresh and tasty.
