I recently stayed at Masili while visiting our office in Thohoyandou. The establishment is beautifully situated, but I found the service to be average. Initially, I was allocated a room with a dirty toilet and a non-functional TV. However, the staff promptly provided me with an alternative room. I recommend that the rooms be thoroughly inspected before being allocated to guests to ensure that they meet the expected standards. Thank you.

Excellent service from front desk and all support staff. Constant power outage update and safety assurance and made to feel at home away from home. Quite location with minimal noise level. Perfect getaway from city life.
