Good service, friendly staff! Older but comfortable, didn’t like dogs being there.
But quiet environment & coffee was very good!
The pool was closed for the season which was the main reason I picked the hotel ( I had stayed at another hotel the night before & that outdoor pool was still open so assumed this one would be but upon arrival it was not so that was my greatest disappointment about the place!

It was fine, but I paid $130 as opposed to $89 for a little nicer of a place. The curtains in the room don’t close and a bright light shone in the entire night. Beds were comfortable enough. Breakfast was your standard hotel buffet garbage. It’s fine for a stopover besides the light issue. No one was present for check out- waited 10 minutes.

The staff were all very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean. The hotel itself is in disrepair and my room had places where baseboards were tapped on. The worst was they were working on redoing the floor above us and every morning at 8am the hammering would start. No one told us this when we checked in. There were also strong smoking smells everywhere day in our floor.

Room provided a much needed rest from our road trip. Very quiet and looked fairly new hotel. Convenient to restaurants and downtown Thomasville, NC.

Saw several bugs in the room
Shower head was leaking spraying ceiling
Elevator very slow most times door never opened to get on
Area was isolated nothing around

It was our first time staying in Thomasville for a wedding in the city. It was nearby the venue and one of the best hotels in the city compared to some of the others I saw. Very quiet and clean. Our room was updated with hardwood floors and new furniture. The staff up front was always friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

The sheets were not clean and we found bugs in our bed. We were given clean sheets to change them out ourselves. Staff was very nice.

We appreciate the fact that our room didn’t have carpet, but, holy moley the floors needed a good wash! They were FILTHY!! We also liked that we could open the window for fresh air. Not having any butter or margerine (all run out) for breakfast was irritating. Come on Comfort Inn! You van do much better!!
