Great food great location friendly staff clean comfortable rooms. Will definitely stay again.

The pool was closed and not in service. To compare with others hotels in downtown London, price for the room was not worth. There was nothing special.

I was on the 2nd floor and lots of noise from next room and common area. Room was dark with glass door to an atrium being the only partial light source. One curtain covered a wall lol. Bellmen just kinda look at you rather than help with luggage. They have the protocols - just need to work on execution. Culture. Recommend Ritz training on “staff” experience and in turn they will treat the guest great. Lady on front desk was efficient and friendly. She will leave eventually.

This used to be the place to stay in London and I suppose due to a lack of competition they have largely reduced the quality and service to match the other low quality hotels in London. I used to love this hotel and have stayed many times but a tired look and reduced services have turned this from a phenomenal property to similar to a residence inn. They don’t even offer food all day, which is mind blowing for a property like this. The lobby is very dated and has a huge 80’s feel to it. Yeah… 50 years dated. The room was very clean and comfortable but the rest of the hotel is not what is used to be.

Hotel was clean and a okay stay, however we arrived at 330pm (after check in time) and were told our room wasn’t ready? It took 10+ minutes to try and find another room. One elevator was down and we had to take the stairs or wait 10 minutes for one. The wifi didn't work nor did the device connection to the tv. All things you expect to be better when paying $500/night

Hotel itself was nice but got a lot of questions upon checking in on why I was able to pre check in online. We let them know that we just followed the prompts on the email that was sent to us, but they kept discussing how we shouldn’t have been able to that. Just made it an uncomfortable start to our stay.
